Welcome to an 18th-century villa surrounded by historic Dubrovnik gardens - a perfect shaded hideaway with astonishing views on to the St. Lawrence fortress, one of the symbols of Dubrovnik Republic's glorious history and independence. Here you can have the good life of yesteryear's nobility combined with today's amenities only a walk away from exploring the wonders of Dubrovnik.


Situated in a quiet residential area this heritage property will provide you with the privacy you need for a perfect holiday. The apartment has two bedrooms, a historic saloon, open space living room with a dining area and a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. All of the guest necessities - such as grocery store, bars, restaurants, ATMs, and tourist information - are nearby. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the nearest beach and enjoy the amazing Adriatic Sea. Apartment comes with of site free private parking spot for one car, please note that parking is located 200 meters away from property.

Wonderful stay

Loved the apartment. Fabulous location. Great terrace for drinks and great communication with the office. Bedrooms a bit hot at night as no aircon but would still stay again.

Perfect apartment to enjoy Old Town Dubrovnik

This apartment is wonderful!! It is clean, spacious and super cute. We really loved the outdoor space as well, and the parking spot is a HUGE bonus. It was perfect to be so close to Old Town Dubrovnik. We really could not have picked a better place for our stay. Thank you so much!

Perfect location

This property and everything about it was perfect. The location was excellent, with a walk to Old Town just 10 min away. The communication with the property managers was prompt and efficient. Once you arrive, you will communicate with Hedera Reception with other questions or requests. We were able to arrange airport transfers with them, for both the arrival and the departure, so that was very convenient. They also have a grocery service if you need a few items in the apartment, just until you get your bearings and get out and about to locate things for yourself. Be prepared to walk some stairs. The entire city and getting to all attractions involves stairs so come prepared to walk ! We did not get a rental car and did not need one. Public transport is efficient and taxi's are readily available. This was one of the best vacations we have EVER had. Hedera Estates, Midsummer Night's Dream was spectacular !

Great Views & Lots of Character

This was a fun stay. Cool vintage tiles and furniture. The view from the porch was wonderful. Unfortunately there were no cushions and mgmt didn't respond to my query about them. Also if you plan to use the futons for additional beds request linens when you go to get keys at apt. office. There was only linen for two bedrooms and we were three friends needing three beds. If we went back to office and picked up linens there would be no charge but if they delivered it would be $30 euros. Also the woman living in the apartment above shushed is when we were having wine and conversation on the private covered deck at 9:30pm so this is not a place you can hang outside too late. Despite all those things we still liked the rental. It was a great home base for us with two routes to Old Town. One steep staircase and one slower route that meanders down hill.

We went in and left within 5 minutes

We checked in and this place had such a horrible, strong musty smell. It was also much darker looker than on the photos. The kitchen and bathroom seemed beautiful but we did not feel that we could be comfortable and enjoy spending 4 nights here. If the management company is expecting guests here, they should at least have the courtesy to go and air the place out and make it feel inviting. We connected to the wifi and within 5 minutes had found a much nicer, cleaner feeling apartment on another Booking site. Unfortunately we were not even offered a small refund .very disappointed with the situation as it was not a cheap loss either. We have decided to not use vrbo again as we were in Italy and Croatia for 3 weeks and our other accomodations booked through another site, were all much nicer and managed by the owners themselves, which i think makes a huge difference.
