This vacation home provides a cozy setting for your next family vacation not far from the Baltic Sea coast! It is located on slightly elevated ground in the attractive vacation home area of Trappendal, allowing you to enjoy views all the way to the water on the horizon. There is a sunny, 100 m² wooden terrace and an integrated conservatory for cooler or windy days indoors. Inside, you can expect an appealing living environment and contemporary amenities, including free WiFi. Only two free Danish channels are available on the TV. The spacious terrace area of the house is particularly unique, offering a large area facing east for outdoor breakfasts and an area facing south and west for further hours outdoors until barbecue time, for which there is a covered area. The terrace is equipped with plenty of good garden furniture, including two seating areas and several sun loungers and deck chairs, so just sit back and enjoy your vacation! The large property also offers plenty of space for outdoor fun and games, and there is one of several playgrounds in the area very close to the vacation home. The vacation home is not insulated for year-round use. The beach in Hejlsminde is considered very child-friendly and there are also several bathing jetties along the shore. Take a walk along the beautiful beach with its light sand, e.g. to the small harbor in Hejlsminde with its marina and a few small fishing boats. The coast at Hejlsminde is also used extensively by windsurfers and kitesurfers, for example. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
