Bookings for 2024 are now exclusively available on Cottages . Com Enjoy a luxury stay at our stylishly refurbished old Victorian School House. Just off a quiet lane within the Torquay Harbour Conservation Area it is a short walk to the centre of Torquay as well as its delightful Harbour, beaches and a multitude of bars, restaurants and clubs.

The main bedroom with a king size bed has its own ensuite and TV and there is a separate bathroom for the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bed above in a bunk bed style configuration.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay is here including fully equipped kitchen within a modern open plan living space featuring a cosy lounge area complete with 50” smart TV and high speed internet.

We're happy to accept well behaved pets and we can provide bowls, blankets and even some treats for them!

A cot and high chair are also available for our very small guests.

Outside there is a table and chairs to enjoy your evening drinks.

A private parking space makes for a stress free stay!

Weekend stay

Lovely house, close to town centre, harbour and the beach. Nicely decorated throughout. Only negative is the drive way coming off the main road as there was exposed brickwork which scraped under the car every time we drove in and out of the property.

I was born in Torquay and have lived here most of my life after studying at Uni in London decided this was where I wanted to live. Robert has joined me here after living in London and we enjoy everything about living here especially our shared passion for our horses.
We love travelling and have been all over the world as well as all around the UK staying in a whole variety of accommodation from 5 star to off the grid in the mountains.
We have taken everything we have learnt from our stays in other properties to offer our guests the best stay that we can.

Why they chose this property

When we saw this property which was very run down we knew we could turn it into something unique and comfortable for our guests.
It has now been beautifully refurbished throughout to offer a very comfortable stay to our guests.
It is located so close to the centre of town that lots of activities are within walking distance. However, it is also peaceful with little traffic to disturb you.
