About this property

Charming villa of recent construction, 400m from the beach of Cala Sinzias, finely furnished with quality furniture and just purchased. The house consists of a large double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a room with two single beds and wardrobe, a bathroom with spacious shower, lounge with sofa bed, flat screen TV, kitchen with table and chairs. Outside there is a large patio, furnished with wooden table and chairs, sofa and two armchairs.
The house is surrounded by 300sqm of lawn and varied vegetation.
The house is equipped with SKY satellite system, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, closed outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and water reserve. Pets are not allowed. Internet connection available (5 gig per week).

I a good condition, cosy, excellent location

The house is recently built, it's very cosy and in a good condition. It's located very close to the nicest beaches. To some - even within a walking distance. Nice and quiet neighbours. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Cala Sinzias 2023

Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar BBQ vorhanden. Tolle Terrasse wo das Leben stattfinden konnte. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert, Wetter inklusive. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben alle möglichen Informationen geboten. Der einzige mangelhafte Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung nicht am angegebenen Ort wie er auf FEWO-DIREKT angegeben liegt, sondern 500mt landeinwärts. Das sollte FEWO ändern, das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und wunderbare Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Man hat einen kurzen Weg zum Traumstrand und der Garten ist perfekt für Kinder zum spielen.

Der vordere Teil des Hauses und des Gartens gehören zur Ferienwohnung, der hintere Teil+Keller wird von den Vermietern am Wochenende genutzt. Wir haben die Buchung bereut, weil die angepriesenen Vorteile nicht vorhanden waren: Das Häuschen ist nicht neu (“brandneues Chalet”), sondern zehn Jahre alt. Die Fotos vom Innen- und Aussenbereich entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand und Look! Es liegt nicht strandnah (“neben dem Strand von Cala Sinzias”, “3 Minuten Fussmarsch zum Strand”, in Lageskizze “0,2 km”). Man geht ca. 12 Minuten, es sind 700 Meter Luftlinie in Google Maps. Warmes Duschwasser gab es für 20 Minuten, dann brauchte der Boiler ewig bis wieder Wasser erhitzt war. Es reichte nicht für vier Personen direkt hintereinander. Ein grosser Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen. Wegen eines modrigen Geruchs im Kinderzimmer haben wir irgendwann mal unter die Bettlaken geschaut und festgestellt, dass die (”neuen”) Matratzen beidseitig vergammelt, ggf. sogar verschimmelt waren. Das beste an dem Häuschen ist die Terrasse mit dem grossen Esstisch im schönen Garten. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Fazit: Wir sind darauf hereingefallen, dass viele Angaben unrichtig oder beschönigt sind. Von der FeWo-Kundenbetreuung haben wir erfahren, dass die Angaben der Vermieter nicht geprüft werden. Aber man habe bei Premium-Angeboten ein 12 Stunden Rücktrittsrecht mit Umzug. Die Strände und Küste (kleine Wanderungen) sind sehr schön! Familie mit zwei Kindern, Pfingsten 2023
