A charming barn conversion in a peaceful setting just a short walk to the coastal footpath and beaches of Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove. Brook Barn has four spacious, comfortable bedrooms.

The interiors are well considered, comfortable and original. There are 4 bedrooms in total. 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 is ensuite.

There is a private garden and parking for three cars outside the property.

15 min walk to two beaches. Stunning coastal footpath on your doorstop. Surrounded by National Trust beaches and walking areas.

Great guests, looked after the property, polite and great communication pre and post stay. As Joan says, property perfectly located for loads of beaches and you can launch boats from Hope Cove, Salcombe and Kingsbridge really easily.

Very comfortable stay suitable for a large family

We have been walking the coastal path and bolberry was nicely located mid way on our route. It was a little way off the path but we had a car which gave us a bit of flexibility.

Fabulous space & perfect location

This house was perfect! Enclosed garden, large rooms, everything we needed (4 adults, 2 teens & a dog). Location perfect for beaches, Salcombe (& a local Co-op minutes away for essentials). Almost didn’t want to leave a review & keep it to ourselves ;)

We had a great stay, wonderful weather, a beautiful property.. Clean, good beds and parking. However, the upstairs very musty, lacked ventilation, once windows were open for two days this improved, The main bathroon had no extractor fan. no welcome pack as promised, and the Property lacked cleaning materials such as loo or surface cleaner, or Broom Poor WiFi . Instructions regarding waste bin collection, should we have put these out for collection? did not like to leave out in road?

Thank you for your comments and we're so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We have never had any complaints about the wifi so are surprised by this but will look into it. The windows were closed when you arrived for general security because it was a self check-in but our cleaners had been in that day so I am surprised by your comments. Perhaps because it was such warm weather? And re the bins, there were no additional instructions on moving the bins because they are collected from there and therefore no need to move them!
