Set right in front of the Aegean sea, Casa Negro is a unique seaside getaway taking advantage of Cretes dramatic landscape and coastal light. Just a step away from the beach and all the amenities located nearby, it is a perfect holiday destination for couples and families.
Casa Negro is located on the ground level of a 3-storey building. It is a single-level 150 sq. m home which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 people if necessary. Internally, a palette of earthy tones combined with wood and natural materials, with hints of the beach, gives the interior a relaxing environment.
Indoor Layout
Bedrooms 1 & 2: Located on either side of the corridor; each has a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and rain shower. Right-side bedroom has patio doors with direct access to the pool terrace.
Open Plan Living Area: Features a long wooden dining table (seats 8), seating area with sofa, fireplace, ceiling fan, and 55" Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the seafront terrace with pool, outdoor dining, and lounge area overlooking the sea.
Kitchen: Modern appliances, wine fridge mini bar (Crete wines, payable locally), and washer/dryer. Perfectly equipped for holiday meals.
Bedroom 3: Located next to the kitchen; queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and rain shower.
Outdoor Area:
-Exterior spans 200 sq. m with a decked terrace and comfortable outdoor living spaces.
-Pool: 17 sqm, 1.5 m deep, heating available upon advance request (additional daily charge, min. 1 week notice).
-Pool area amenities: sun beds, gazebo, poofs, hammock, poolside shower.
-Gas BBQ: Equipped with sink and mini fridge.
-Outdoor Dining & Lounge Areas: Dining under a pergola; lounge space for relaxation.
-Water Sports: One SUP board included.
-Parking: Space for 1 car.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

This place is truly a dream. Spacious, clean and relaxing. You have everything you need. Just a short drive to the town center. A few restaurants just a walk down the beach and numerous restaurants in Rethymno.You have a coffee shop next door and a mini market just short walk away. The house managers are easy to get ahold if needed. Check in process was easy and informative. Highly recommend!

Schöne Wohnung und toller Außenbereich

Die klimatisierte Wohnung ist sehr stylish eingerichtet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf den Pool. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben leider keinen Ausblick. Aber man hält sich ja überwiegend im Aussenbereich auf, der sehr schön ist. Blick auf das Meer, das mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen ist. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehenswert. Eine viel befahrene Straße oberhalb der Wohnung, doch den Straßenlärm hört man kaum. Es gibt gute Restaurants die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr gut.
