Casa Calma is located in Son Moja, near Cala Santanyí. This incredible chalet features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. It boasts a spectacular garden and pool. Casa Calma can accommodate up to 6 people.

The chalet itself is the perfect place to stay during your vacation thanks to its great location in a quiet neighborhood of Son Moja. Enjoy long breakfasts with views of the Mediterranean garden, long days by the pool, and evenings with friends and a barbecue. Everything is set up for you to relax, enjoy, and have fun. Do you like to relax on the beach? Reach Cala Santanyí, one of the most beautiful coves, just a 3-minute drive from the chalet. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 15 minutes on foot.

The chalet has 2 floors that are connected by an exterior staircase. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a porch where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner with views of the pool. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. All double beds can be converted into separate beds. WiFi and cable/satellite TV are free. There is also a washing machine.

The property is 5 minutes from Santanyí, 3 minutes from the nearest beach, Cala Santanyí, and just a few minutes from other beautiful beaches: Cala Llombards, S'amarador, Cala Mondragó, and Es Trenc.

Wir waren im August 2025 in der Unterkunft, diese war sehr schön. Es gab ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk, über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Kleinigkeiten wie Spüllmittel, Gewürze, Öl waren vorhanden. Es gab grosse Handtücher für das Pool und natürlich welche für das Bad. Nach ein paar Tagen kam ein Gärtner, der Garten hatte es auch etwas nötig und war danach wieder top. Die linken Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Das letzte Stück Weg zum Dorf ist mega eng, die wir einen Bus hatten. Aber unsere Fahrerin hat das toll gemeistert. Das einzige was nicht funktionierte war der Fernseher. Sonst war das Haus top. Eigentlich 2 Wohnungen, könnten also 2 Familien dort FERIEN machen. Auf den Bilder sieht es nur grösser aus als es ist.
