Beautiful house perfect for a relaxing holiday on a farm of 8000 m2. Located 500 meters from Cala Figuera and its picturesque fishing port and 3.5 km. from Santanyi.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 full bathrooms with bathtub. a spacious living room with TV-SAT and wireless LAND and comfortable sofas, which communicates with the barbecue and several terraces, where we can find the garden with lawn and the beautiful pool of 8x4 m. with sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sun. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The house is located 2 km from the beach of Cala Santanyi and 4.5 km from the Natural Park of Mondragó where the spectacular virgin beaches of s’Amarador and Mondragó are located.
