I Lecci 3 is on one floor: the entrance (via some stairs) leads to the living room and a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, oven; the living area has a sitting area with table, which can be used as a workstation for a PC; access to the covered veranda with dining table, sea view over the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the surrounding vegetation; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk bed; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. An uncovered parking space is located near the entrance.

INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
I Lecci 3 is located within the well-kept residential complex called "I Lecci", immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: secular junipers, olive trees, rock roses, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only 2 buildings in a quiet and secluded context. The beautiful Ira beach is about 3 km from here. A few kilometers away is the popular “Stella di Gallura” restaurant with swimming pool, a popular destination in the summer.
At about 3.5 km, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic marina where yachts of all sizes moor. Numerous restaurants are all nearby and within easy reach: Lu Stazzu (1200 meters), I Valentini (1500 meters), Locanda Rudalza (1400 meters). The nearest bus stop is only 280 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport can be reached at a distance of 16 km.
