Welcome to Casa Serena.

Wonderful 2 bed, 2 bath, ground floor south-facing apartment with stunning golf course and lakeside views. Located on the tranquil Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort.

The large L-shape terrace, with ceiling fans, is south and east-facing and enclosed by sliding glass doors which can be fully opened to take advantage of the 300 days of sunshine per year that the Murcia region boasts. On the terrace you can relax, wine and dine on comfy cane furniture and admire the lovely views. The apartment also has its own hedge-enclosed tiled garden, giving you chance to sunbathe in private with a large extendable patio table and chairs and 4 comfortable sun loungers for use. An awning is available for shade if required.

One of the resort’s 19 fantastic communal pools is right on the doorstep and the clubhouse (comprising of a lovely restaurant and bar) and Spar Supermarket are only a 5-minute stroll away. It is truly one of the best locations on the resort. The complex also has two hardcourt tennis courts, two padel tennis courts, an outdoor gym and multi-purpose sports area.

Each bedroom ( one with en-suite ) is furnished with two single beds that can be set up as twins or pushed together depending on requirements and have powerful ceiling fans.

The spacious lounge benefits from a ceiling fan and air conditioning, if required.
Also a 50-inch 4K TV with channels from various countries (including the UK)

The apartment is centrally heated for the winter months.

The newly refurbished open plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Kitchen equipment is plentiful.

The apartment has a dedicated secure underground parking space or alternatively there is overground parking nearby. The resort is serviced by security guards 24/7 for added piece of mind.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers a Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting and chipping greens. The resort is ideal for golfers but also for those who value a relaxing sun-soaked break abroad. Golf clubs are available upon request (male right-handed and female left-handed).

There are very few two bathroom apartments on the resort, so this truly is a unique opportunity to enjoy a lovely holiday in comfort.

Absolutely superb

Accommodation was superb could not fault anything about it. it is a credit to all concerned. More pubs and cafes on the complex would be a vast improvement.

Nice corner plot

Nice corner plot overlooking pool, with plenty of space in the fully enclosed outside patio area, very bright & spacious. Close to the Hacienda bar, restaurant & shop, just a 5 minute stroll. Bedrooms are what you expect from all the properties on the resort, small & compact, the 2nd bathroom was very useful although has a tiny shower for the size of the room. The key holders John & Chrissy, were very helpful on our departure day. One of our group had misplaced his passport & only discovered this after we had checked out several hours later (after golf) We contacted John who came round & passport was found under one of the beds. Top service.
