Royal Beach 607

Escape the daily grind at this unique and relaxing holiday rental on the Costa Blanca.
This modern apartment is located in a gated community with a playground and two swimming pools, one of which is for children. The beach is about 200–300 metres away.

It features a fully equipped kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed.

Nearby are several beaches, notably “El Conde,” known for its magical sunrises, and “Higuericas,” one of the most popular beaches.

The apartment is fully equipped for your holiday; however, if you need anything, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help.

Outside the apartment, there is a terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe, and enjoy the view of the sea…

In the centre of the residential complex, you’ll find swimming pools, playgrounds… everything you need to enjoy your time with the kids or your partner.

When you pick up the keys—or one week prior—you’ll need to pay a 300-euro security deposit; this amount will be refunded within 7 days. The cleaning fee is €100 and is paid at the property.

Nice apartment but not so nice area

Probably because of the very bad weather it was very few restaurants close, that where open. We saw very few people outside.
