The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable.
The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. Only downside for me was the double bed was a little snug for 2 adults and the hand basin in the ensuite was awkward to access. The cottage and front garden was well maintained and had sea views from the front bedroom and sunroom.Port william itself had a Spa shop, hardware shop, sandwich shop, charity (community) shop and a cafe/restaurant that did a good selection of food and drink.

Craignair is a beautiful home to spend a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle.
Craignair is a beautiful home to spend a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. Port William itself is a quiet harbour village with a few local amenities but you will have to travel further afield for supermarkets. The property was spotless with everything we needed for a week. Comfortable beds and sea views will ensure relaxation, and a spacious front garden on a lovely day will allow you to embrace the Galloway sea air in full.We would heartily recommend a stay here.
