This exceptional, unique and stylish, completely renovated semi detached house will meet the highest standards.
First of all about the location: It is situated very close to the famous hotels Puente Romano & Marbella Club and also very close to the Saudi-Arabian King´s Palace. Located in a private residential community built by the famous architect Àngel Taborda, in traffic-calmed zone, very quiet and yet only 7 minutes by car from the beach. Ideal for an undisturbed holiday near the beach and the city with lots of comfort and extravagant interiors.
This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi detached house offers a good level of privacy with views towards the sea to the south and to La Concha mountain. Although it is a corner terraced house - it is completely separated with mature private gardens with extensive terrace areas, BBQ/garden kitchen and a private heated pool, driveway with carport and extremely many extras, which are attempted to describe here. The quality and furnishings are of the highest quality.
The spacious and sun-filled house is built over 4 floors, all connected by a super modern glass lift. The lift has created a lot of space and the house is very generously proportioned.
The concept includes open plan living space with entrance hallway, lounge with arched ceiling and open fireplace, elegant dining area and a newly fitted super modern Gaggenau kitchen with black granite worktops and all you can imagine.
Behind the fireplace / tv area you enter a nicely furnished sunny terrace which is connected to the garden via a staircase.
On the same level you find a (sleeping) room with sofa bed and large TV set that room can be used as an additional bedroom (br 5) or as a retreat. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Now we take the glass lift down one floor to floor 0. On the right is the fabulous master bedroom (BR1) with a huge king-size bed an open round bathtub behind it, overlooking the pool and the garden. Gorgeous decoration, stylish lamps, extremely high quality furniture and wonderful silk curtains give this area a luxurious touch. A dressing table with a large make-up mirror sits on the glass floor in this area, through which you look down into the huge dressing area which is reached by a staircase. Very flamboyant!
The spacious main bathroom - like all the bathrooms in luxurious black marble - has an open large double shower and a double washbasin, toilet and bidet. There is a door to the garden in the bathroom, so you can enter the garden without using the lift. All bathrooms in the house have windows with natural light.
Leaving the lift on this level to the left, you enter the second bedroom (BR2) with a very unique layout – it has a huge, stylish king-size bed, separate shower and WC, and a washbasin next to it.
Like all bathrooms also in elegant black marble and the windows are decorated with beautiful silk curtains.
A generous staircase guides you from the master bedroom into a big custom-made dressing room in level -1.
Next to this area – left and right from the lift - you find two further guest bedrooms. To the right the large children's room (BR3) with a single bed, open bathroom with bathtub and washbasin and separate WC.
On the other side is another guest bedroom (BR4) with a queen-size bed with an ensuite shower room and an underwater window to the pool.
Now we take the lift up to level 2, the rooftop level, with a nice tv-launch with beautiful sea- and mountain views. That room can also be used as an office - perfect for working undisturbed while the rest of the family does whatever they want on the other levels or in the garden. So this property is also ideal for a longer stay if you need to work in the home office with your family accommodated comfortably nearby. The adjoining terrace leads to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a WC.
The lovely private garden has a barbecue area, dining table for 8 people, 6 beautiful sun loungers and is very green with lawn, beautiful shrubs and shady trees, all maintained by the in-house gardener. The gardener also takes care of the private pool which can be heated and which is fenced and has this extra featureof a hidrosight to level -1.
At the back there is a separate small garden with a private playground with swing, slide, trampoline and a small Hollywood swing. Ideal for the little ones to play while the adults relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a sundowner.
From wonderful private the garden you can also access the communal area, a huge green garden landscape with a large communal pool and sun loungers. But in your private garden you are completely undisturbed. The house is the corner house at the very end of the La Joya community and no one can see or access it. And of course you may use the community pool and the sunloungers their.

The whole property was gutted to the structure and renovated with highest quality standards like sound & water isolation, German under floor heating system, Dornbracht fittings, copper pipes, custom made closets, doors & fixed furniture from Austria. So all the highest quality you can imagine.
