Superb apartment opposite the thermal baths

New apartment opposite the Thermes de Royat. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a convertible sofa bed with a 16 cm thick mattress, a dining room, a kitchen as well as a bathroom with separate toilet.
This family accommodation will offer you a pleasant moment during your stay in the region.
Close to all sites and amenities, it is located in the city center in front of Royatonic, in front of the thermal baths, the casino. Everything is done on foot.
A parking lot nearby will allow you to park and enjoy!


The apartment has been recently refurbished, as well as the building, which will allow you to feel at home.

Composed of two bedrooms and a real sofa bed with a 16 cm thick mattress, so that everyone has a good night.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, kettle, etc. Enough to prepare you good meals!

The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer and a hair dryer which are at your disposal.

Everything is there for you to have a great stay in our apartment!


In addition, as an option, you have the possibility to access an indoor and outdoor spa-pool right in front of the apartment, to give you a little moment of relaxation.

Odeur d humidité

L appartement en lui-même a son charme avec son haut plafond et ses grandes fenêtres. Cependant, dès l entrée, on est frappé par une odeur d humidité (odeur d une cave à vin !). On a été déçu de constater des draps de lit qui n avaient pas été changés et une serviette encore mouillée (odeur d humidité). De plus, les draps et serviettes une fois changés (surtout draps) avaient cette désagréable odeur de tissu mal séché. Dommage! Sans ces problèmes de ménage, on aurait été très satisfait.

Hall d’entrée Sale et une odeur d’humidite Dérangeante. Le code de l’immeuble était faux ainsi que celui de la boîte à clé. Nous avons dû attendre que le propriétaire dédaigne nous appeler. Lit pas confortable. Manque un lave vaisselles. Le siphon du lavabo pas nettoyé, la douche pas propre. Aspirateur pas vidé. Les volets laissent trop passer la lumière. Endroit très bruyant.
