Modern and light-filled, Villa Cuca is perfect for enjoying days both inside and out, all year round.



This home away from home is a quaint and cozy spot that will encourage relaxation and offers respite from busy day to day lives.



Fortuitously positioned at a slight angle that allows to make the most of the sun, its garden is a great place for enjoying Portugal’s fabulous climate.



The heart of the house is the beautiful open-plan living and dining room that lead outside, where days can begin and end, by the private pool.



Only a short car ride away, for beach lovers, the wonderful south of Lisbon coastline can be enjoyed with its beautiful golden sand, breathtaking sunsets and incredible surfing opportunities.

Children will love making sandcastles, splashing around or chasing a ball along the seafront.

The villa was absolutely amazing, clean and excellent facilities. The representative from Allure Villa was excellent, good communication from first enquiry to arriving. Very enjoyable family stay at Villa Cuca

Our family of 5 including 3 young adults had a very good vacation staying for a week at Villa Cuca. It was as described and the support we received from Allure Villas was very good and they were extremely helpful. The villa is a good standard but you need a car to access the beaches, supermarkets etc as quite remote. Couldnt use the swimming pool during our stay first week in September as the water was very cold unfortunately. 11/09/25

Accomodation was lovely and in a good area. The Pool was constantly dirty and promised to have it cleaned which was done in the final week of staying in the accomodation. we were there over 2 weeks. The cleaners came every week to clean but it wasnt fresh cleaning , just a quick dusting - change the sheets and towels. 24/08/25

A few days holiday in a quiet area. Beautiful home , very comfortable spacious rooms. There is plenty of kitchenware glasses dishes etc, everything you would need for a holiday. The welcome box was a lovely surprise. 28/09/24 The shower in the main bathroom leaked a little from the door seal.

Modern villa, well laid out and with nice pool. Welcome pack was a nice touch and Gustavo was very helpful on check-in. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, but easy to access Lisbon and also nearby beaches and the Arrabida area. Trash facilities would be improved by having bins for the property rather than having to find the communal facilities in the area.

Communication with manager and agent and excellent service 19/09/24 Please add a proper hand rail to the staircase and mark the edge of the steps. Very dangerous as it is although very beautiful. Plate glass windows next to glass doors need to be identified. Three guests accidentally walked into them .

The villa was a home from home during our 2 week trip. On arrival, we found the villa spotless, with so many things you might need for your stay provided. The welcome box was a lovely surprise too! Each room is perfectly designed. The living room and kitchen make indoor time really sociable. The pool was pristine, and as it’s not too deep, is perfect for all the family. The local team include Gustavo, Philipe and Andrea were all so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for trips to Lisbon, and other destinations like Cascais and Sintra. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend thoroughly recommend it.

This villa was excellent value for money, it looked exactly like the pictures!

Incredibly well stocked kitchen. The host was responsive on check-in day and very helpful and welcoming. The villa is a perfect space for a quiet holiday, the surrounding area is very peaceful and the downstairs area is very open and sociable. The villa is in a housing area so there's not many restaurantsbars nearby, Aldi is ~30 minute walk and the beach is an hour away (and has a great beach bar) , but Ubers were cheap and reliable. Lisbon and Balem are only a 30 minute drive away. This is an ideal spot for those wanting a villa but also want to visit the city. The pool isnt heated and was cold in September as it doesnt get any morning sun. There's only 4 loungers for a 6 bed house which is less ideal but the ground is comfortable to lie on with a towel. The single beds arent suitable for tall people. Theres also hair dryers in every room, despite the listing saying there isnt! 10/10 villa! 16–20 Sept 2023

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in de villa en zouden deze villa zeker aanraden. Gelegen in een mooie , rustige buurt omgeven door natuur en andere villa's. De villa voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en kwam overeen met de foto's. Ruim genoeg voor 5 volwassenen en 1 baby. Over het algemeen was alles netjes, schoon en opgeruimd. Er was ruimte voor 1 auto op het erf. De host reageerde snel en was efficient bij het oplossen van problemen. Zo waren er geen batterijen bij de helft van de airconditioning afstand-bedieningen en hadden we last van mieren in de woonkamer en keuken. De host heeft de volgende dag batterijen gebracht en ons geadviseerd de insectenspray te gebruiken. Daarna hadden we geen last meer van mieren! Qua verbeteringen zouden wij het volgende adviseren: -douchegel inbegrepen -strandhanddoeken inbegrepen en beschikbaar -een stofzuiger -betere/comfortabele kussens (die van ons waren heel hard) voor in de slaapkamer.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Aroeira is located just 25 minutes from Lisbon. Situated in a protected area with a moderate climate, due to its proximity to the sea, it is suitable for outdoor activities all year round.

Herdade da Aroeira spreads across nearly 865 acres and is the largest residential and golf complex in great Lisbon. The resort features two 18-hole golf courses, a golf school, four tennis courts, and a shopping mall with several shops and terrace restaurants for the satisfaction of visitors and guests.

Charneca de Caparica, until a few years ago sparsely populated, was closely linked to fishing activities and subsistence agriculture, implanted in small gardens of dune lands.
The activities of its inhabitants were divided between agriculture work and fishing activities, when the sea allowed it.

Urban development has gradually turned it into a different village, with a large permanent population as well as a seasonal one.
Despite the proximity from Lisbon, it never lost its integration with nature. The population, considered young, is friendly and welcoming.
