Crowthorne House is a beautiful 3 bedroomed detached property, based in a quiet suburb of north Nottingham. plus free off street parking for 1 car, and street parking for other cars, within the cul de sac or just around the corner on a main road. 3.5 miles from Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, 3 miles from Nottingham Cathedral, and Intu Victoria shopping centre. 3 miles from Nottingham Castle and 3 miles from National Ice Centre.

When you first walk through the door you enter a reception area, which leads into either the kitchen or living room/Diner. The downstairs is mainly open plan for modern living. The living room sofa can be setup to make a double bed and The dining area sits 6 people, with a further 2 people able to sit at the breakfast bar. The house has has a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are available.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, which can be set up as king beds or 2 single beds. ! house has 1 bathroom with a bath and over the top shower.
