On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a view of the large swimming pool (49 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden and green surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and one en suite bedroom with its own bathroom, which is specially equipped and suitable for people with disabilities, is located on the ground floor of the house. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a balcony. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing vacation with your family or friends, in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets and party groups of younger people are not allowed.
