Stunning detached villa, home from home!

Situated with fantastic views of Montana Roja is Villa Bellota, a modern 3 bed villa set in a quiet residential area yet just a 15-20 minute walk from the local beach and bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. The sea and neighbouring Fuerteventura can also be seen from the terrace.

The stylish villa has been recently refurbished and has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with super king size beds and French doors from each leading to the terrace, the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with walk in shower, the other with shower and bath.

Air conditioning is available in the two double bedrooms. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The living area is open plan to the dining area and newly installed modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. The villa has all you would need for a comfortable self catering stay.

The lounge has a large comfortable sofa, Smart TV with sports and movies, DVD player, and free fast fibre WiFi. A range of UK TV channels is also available. From the lounge bi-fold doors take you through to the outside terrace.

The outside space boasts a superb 13m private heated pool, a large patio area that surrounds the pool and immediate outside space from the villa and a brick built BBQ. Comfortable sun loungers can be found on the terrace around the pool and a wooden pergola provides shade over the outside dining area that is perfect for alfresco dining.
There is a further pergola providing shade for comfortable seating by the pool.

An absolute treasure

One of the very best outdoor spaces that we’ve ever had the pleasure to holiday at - the garden, patio and pool area are truly beautiful. The villa itself is immaculate, very spacious & well equipped. We will definitely look into returning very soon.

The property is as described. The check was very straight forward, very clean and offered us so much space. The putside area with pool was an added bonus. The area was tranquil. We hired a car and explored the island, so many beautiful places on the coast and inland to visit. Overall, a fantastic break in a beautiful villa.

Amazing property in a great location- nice quiet neighbourhood but still only a 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Wonderful outside space with fabulous pool. We ate in most of the time and the kitchen was really well equipped. Bring one and two euro coins if you want the AC though as it’s operated by a coin meter.

Relaxing holiday

The villa is spacious and was very clean on arrival. We really liked all the outside space, particularly the covered outside sofa area which was a great place to read a book and relax. The pool was fantastic and at 13m was great for swimming as well as playing in with our 3 year old. The villa is in a quiet area which was perfect for us and made it easy to relax in the day and evenings. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to visit again in future.

Fabulous Villa

We were delighted to stay in this amazing villa. Ample space indoors and out, with a fantastic pool. We Loved sitting in the pergola with a coffee looking over to the mountains/watching the sunset. Flamingo beach is stunning and worth the walk. A Taxi rank just round the corner if you don’t feel like walking and is quite cheap. Just a few euros. Excellent communication from Jane. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa

We had a great stay in Villa Bellota! The villa was immaculate & the outside space was perfect, plenty of sun loungers and areas of shade when it got too hot. The pool was lovely and warm and much bigger than any other pool we’ve had at other villas. The location is handy for the local beach, a 15 minute walk away and the taxi rank round the corner is ideal if it’s too hot to walk slightly further into town. We did have a hire car but could have done without it. We will definitely be back!

From the start of the booking process the owner was quick to reply to any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family of four, it had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The heated 13x4m pool was a real bonus as the temperature was cooler in May, the cover was easy to remove and replace. The Villa is a little away from the centre in a quiet area a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car to the resort centre where there is ample free parking.

Super séjour. Une location au top!

La villa est conforme aux photos. Grande belle et très propre. La piscine chauffée est un régal pour se baigner au mois de mai. Jane, notre hôte a multiplié les délicates attentions et est très réactive pour répondre aux questions ou autres problématiques rencontrées. Elle est en outre fort sympathique ;-) La terrasse est grande, bien pensée et accueillante. La végétation typique des Canaries tout autour est très agréable. La vue sur le volcan depuis la piscine est une belle expérience On s’est sentis comme à la maison. C’était chouette! Même si nous ne sommes pas adeptes du fait de revenir aux mêmes endroits plusieurs fois de suite, nous pourrions relouer cette villa une prochaine fois à plusieurs couples tant la prestation était satisfaisante. Great villa. Very spacious/ clean/ modern. Very responsive owner answering questions within minutes. Outside space is great and pool must be one of the largest and best laid out private pools in playa Blanca. Will definitely book here again if available.
