GROUND FLOOR
You're welcomed directly into the cosy sitting room, comfortably furnished for four guests with entertainment provided by a TV, DVD player and micro Hi-Fi with iPod dock.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Equipped with a free standing electric cooker, fridge, microwave, slimline dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There's a table and chairs so you can cook and dine at home or visit one of the many take-aways; and a door opens to the garden for a bit of al fresco dining.
BATHROOM
Also on the ground floor. There's a shower attachment over the bath, a washbasin, WC and natural light.
FIRST FLOOR
Steep winding stairs, typical for a period cottage, wind to the first floor with a sturdy rope to help you climb!
DOUBLE BEDROOM
A Double bed takes pride of place in this pretty sunny bedroom which has bedside drawers and a cupboard as well as a small wardrobe for your clothes and a washbasin.
SINGLE BEDROOM
Sitting quietly at the back with a single bed and additional pull-out which can be made up for you if requested when making the booking. There's also a washbasin, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a chair.

This room is across the courtyard and has a wash/dryer, outdoor furniture and
OUTSIDE
The courtyard style garden is fully enclosed and a real sun trap. It also provides space for bikes and bin storage with a side passage for easy access.
PARKING AND THE AREA
Southwold South Green Area - within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer.
Please note the steep stairs lead directly to the bedrooms as there is no landing so may not be suitable for children or for those with limited mobility.
