It has a 1 bedroom apartment at the top of the house, with private terrace, 2 studios T0 (30m2) with terrace all facing south and with sea view.

We hebben bijzonder goede twee weken gehad in het verblijf. Het uitzicht is schitterend en Lino is een erg vriendelijke, behulpzame host! Er valt niets aan te merken en we raden het iedereen aan. Vanuit het appartement kun je het eiland goed verkennen. Het huren van een auto is wel aan te raden. Wij hadden dit ook via Lino gedaan en ook dat is erg goed bevallen! Het huren van een automaat is wel een aanrader.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf Funchal! Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, direkt am botanischen Garten. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Funchal. Wir hatten einen erholsamen und tollen Aufenthalt!

Wonderful Madeira

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Lino est un hôte très sympathique, disponible, de très bon conseil, parlant très bien le français et l'anglais. L'appartement est très confortable et la vue sur la mer et le port est superbe. La voiture proposée par Lino est idéale pour circuler dans Madère. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie für uns geschaffen und wir genossen alles in vollen Zügen. Auch der Service , gleich einen Mietwagen zu bekommen inklusive Airporttransfer, fanden wir toll. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, praktisch vollständig, ( bis auf vielleicht einem Geschirrspüler ;-)).Die Vermieter sind überaus gastfreundlich, aufmerksam und hilfreich, aber auch diskret, dass man sich ungestört fühlt! Herzlichen Dank sagen Uwe und Dorit!

sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr gute Lage

Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist oberhalb des Stadtzentrums in Funchal mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Hafen. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Lovely apartment, great view of Funchal.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped (the wifi is good too). There are bus stops right outside the apartment which means it easy to travel to and from central Funchal ( buses 29 and 31A ). Lino Henriques and his wife are very friendly and helpful, he also collected us from the airport and returned us there. Madeira has a very mild climate, in our two weeks in late November the temperature was around 19 to 22C and sunny with only the odd wet half-day. Highly recommended.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Lino le propriétaire qui vous donne des informations utiles pour votre séjour.Le bus à proximité immédiate de la résidence vous permet de vous rendre à Funchal mais l'idéal est de louer une voiture pour visiter Madère.C'est même un plaisir de rouler sur l'ile. Heaven By Name, Heaven By Nature

This was our third trip to Madeira but only our first time in a rental property...and did we strike it lucky. Although higher up (and therefore cooler) than being on the coast/centre of Funchal, this property is blissfully quiet, has the benefit of a great garden (with stunning views across the city and harbour) and, although a little remote, has everything you need nearby and getting into the city is easy (either by bus or by cablecar). The property itself is really well maintained throughout, has everything that you could ask for (and more) and, best of all, a fabulous owner who is always on hand if you have any problems, need anything or just want to ask anything.

Schitterend uitzicht , fijne gastheer maar huisje met mankementjes...

We verbleven 2 weken (begin februari) in het appartement. We hadden wel de pech dat het 12 dagen regende ...met als gevolg dat er water lekte door het dak in de slaapkamer. Het was ook redelijk fris en er was slechts één klein vuurtje dat alle vertrekken moest verwarmen. De keuken was weinig voorzien van elementaire zaken (geen afwasproduct , 1 keukenhanddoek, geen afwasmachine , weinig borden , glazen , tassen ...). Op een bepaald moment liepen er ook heel veel kleine miertjes door het huis (verdelgingsmiddel stond in de kast ...dus was niet de eerste keer).De gastheer was wel heel behulpzaam en vond de lek(ken) ook ambetant .Het uitzicht en bereikbaarheid van het huis maakten echter veel goed en misschien zijn bij mooi weer de mankementjes aan het huis ook minder opvallend .

Des vacances comme on les aime !

La location est idéale, tout le nécessaire y est pour que nous ne manquions de rien, elle est propre et située dans une rue calme. La baie vitrée de la chambre nous fait bénéficier d'une vue magnifique sur le port de Funchal. La localisation est très pratique puisqu'en 10 minutes nous sommes à Funchal et l'accès à la voie rapide est direct. Quant au propriétaire, Lino nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Il a pris du temps pour nous conseiller et nous guider pour toutes nos visites. Il est toujours disponible et à l'écoute si besoin, tout en nous laissant notre intimité. Il nous a également proposé une voiture à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Que du bonheur ! Si nous devions revenir, nous choisirions une nouvelle fois cette location. Obrigado Lino !

Ferienappartement in toller Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick

Tolle Lage, Lino ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, alles perfekt !!! Das Appartement liegt oberhalb von Funchal am Rand des Botanischen Gartens und bietet zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen grandiosen Ausblick - wir empfehlen die Hängematte ! Sonnig und ruhig gelegen, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet bietet das Appartement alles für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt auf der schönen Insel Madeira. Lino hat uns netterweise mit zahlreichen Tipps für Wanderungen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker usw. versorgt. Obwohl sich die Bushaltestelle vor dem Gartenzugang befindet, ist ein Mietwagen von Vorteil - auch hier konnte Lino uns helfen... Vielen Dank !!!

Gute Lage, wunderbare Aussicht auf Funchal, saubere und praktische Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter

Wir sind zehn Tage ferienhalber in der Parterre-Wohnung daheim gewesen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, gemütlicher Wohnraum mit TV, Stereoanlage und W-LAN (WIFI). Schlafzimmer mit toller Aussicht und zweckmässiges Bad. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Funchal und seinen Hafen und ist mit Bus oder Seilbahn gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert für Leute die nicht stets "im Rummel" sein wollen.

Un logement simple et confortable doté d'une vue superbe

Logement fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Situé au dessous du logement du propriétaire, mais la disposition garantit l'intimité. Vue splendide sur la baie de Funchal depuis une terrasse confortable. Accès en moins de 10 minutes depuis la voie rapide et exactement en face du jardin botanique avec arrêt de bus a proximité: emplacement donc optimal pour rayonner dans l'est et le sud-ouest de l'ile Lino, le propriétaire, nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a été présent juste comme il fallait: disponible pour répondre à nos questions, mais préservant notre tranquillité le reste du temps. Une très belle expérience.

Localisé en hauteur de Funchal, l'appartement offre une vue merveilleuse sur le port et l'océan.

A cinq minutes, en auto, du front de mer de Funchal, cet appartement offre une très belle vue sur le port et l'océan. Il n'y est pas difficile d'y accéder, une ligne de bus s'arrête tous les quarts d'heure environ devant l'entrée de la propriété. L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée, à l'écart de l'habitation principale. Il n'y manque rien. Du barbecue à la climatisation additionnelle, en passant par des bains de soleil, le confort est au rendez-vous. L'espace de vie est suffisamment grand pour plusieurs personnes (nous étions deux). La chambre est une vraie grande pièce avec tout le rangement désiré. Le coin cuisine est sympathique, regrettant quelque peu le petit manque de couverts (très limité). Un espace extérieur gazonné est appréciable, surtout si on se détend dans le hamac mis à disposition. Tout cela pour dire que cet endroit est idéal pour des vacances sans stress.

De hemel die wij huurden was als apartement goed uitgerust. Het uitzicht is zeer fraai. De eigenaar die goed bereikbaar is en ook goed Engels spreekt is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn is het niet erg geschikt, omdat de woning aan een steile weg ligt met wel een bus die eens per uur ongeveer voor de deur stopt. Dat geldt voor veel woningen op Madeira.

appartement super chez un proprio aux petits soins

C’est notre deuxième séjour sur cette île aux milles fleurs, aux milles cascades, aux gens accueillants et loin du tourisme de masse. Une première semaine à Funchal chez Lino et Véro Un appartement spacieux, très bien équipée: il ne manque rien, encore plus beau que sur les photos avec un jardin et une magnifique vue sur l'océan, idéal le soir pour se relaxer après une bonne journée de randonnées. Mais le plus important ici c’est l’accueil, le sourire et la gentillesse du proprio : Lino Obrigado Lino pour tous les petits moments de discussions que nous avons partagés. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacance inoubliable, Quand nous reviendrons à Funchal (très vite).C’est ici que nous passerons nos vacances. Excellent Apartment!

I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying in Funchal. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could need. Lino, the owner of the apartment, was incredibly hospitable and kind. He made us feel immediately welcome, and provided lots of useful information and leaflets for booking day trips - we took an amazing bus journey to the other side of the island. The location is great for getting to the tropical and botanical gardens, and it is a walkable distance down into Funchal. Overall a great apartment.

Heerlijke vakantie

We zijn hier 11 dagen geweest en hebben wederom genoten van dit heerlijke eiland. Het appartement is prima en de eigenaar is zeer gastvrij. De bus rijdt frequent en daar hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. We have been here 11 days and we've enjoyed this wonderful island for the second time. The apartment is fine and the owner is very welcoming. The bus runs frequently and we have gratefully made use of the busses. Thanks again for the wonderful vacation.
