- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King.

- €200 is retained as a deposit on a credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Really enjoyed our stay.

The view 😁nice apartment, very comfortable. Just couple of small issues: one was balcony left side door very hard to open, wouldn’t slide so we kept it closed.

Great location, needs a bit of updating

One of the terrace windows was jammed and so could not be opened. Two of the chairs on the terrace were broken, with bolts sticking out where there should have been back support panels

Great location, parking didn't work

Great location, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We liked that the extra bed was on the balcony and we could listen to the sea whilst sleeping The car park was hard to find and then didn't open. The messages to and from the accommodation were confusing and we weren't given instructions on how to pick up the key despite being told we had it. Getting all this sorted started us off a bit stressed after a long journey. Wr ended up parking on the street the entire time despite choosing this accommodation as it had parking. I wish we had brought our own bedding, it was a sheet with a sort of duvet without cover but the sheet didn't entirely cover the duvet when you moved during the night and I didn't like the idea that others had slept on it before us.

The balcony sliding door was difficult to open/close and it eventually got stuck when it was open. we messaged and rang for it to get fixed but nobody came. One of us was sleeping in that area and couldn’t close the door. we were away for the day and it was open all day. even though nothing happened we were very worried.

la ubicación perfecta, los servicios alrededor del apartamento perfectos, la playa también ha estado perfecta, así como el paseo maritimo Hemos tenido algún problema en el baño del apartamento por falta de mantenimiento (averiaselas), con el cambio semanal de sabanas y toallas, hemos tenido que reclamar este servicio y nunca llegaba perfecto para las necesidades (cama matrimonio) sabanas individuales

La ubicación en primera línea de playa Ventanales no insonorizados y no cierran bien, por lo que por la noche se escucha el ruido del mar y el viento golpeando continuamente en la terraza

La ubicación, en primera linea con vistas al mar, cerca del centro. En un segundo piso, una ventaja para quien no le guste alojarse en un piso demasiado alto. A destacar también la limpieza y comodidad, así como la excelente atención de la agencia encargada. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que en las camas plegables que se encuentran en la zona de comedor, se oye mucho el ruido del mar, que para algunos puede ser relajante y para otros, no tanto. En el dormitorio no se oye nada.

Muy cerca del centro, primera línea de playa. En el mismo recinto, en la última planta una gran piscina y dos pistas de pádel. El que tengas aparcamiento es un puntazo. El apartamento estaba limpio y muy bien pensado. En general un 10. Volveremos sin duda.

Ubicación excelente, y muy buen apartamento para pasar unos días.

La localización muy buena, amplio, muy cómodo (excepto colchón cama del dormitorio), con todo lo necesario, muy buenas vistas, comunidad agradable, con parking. - Pocas explicaciones para la el check-in (llegamos un domingo y te envían un mensaje para recogerlas llaves en un buzón), creo que es mejor que te hagan una llamada y expliquen de forma clara el acceso al parking, apartamento, etc... - El colchón de la cama de matrimonio está regular-mal.

La ubicación( cercanía del centro, frente a la playa..), todo al detalle, limpio y con aire acondicionado y ventiladores que eso se agradece. Se agradece la plaza de garaje ya que en esta zona es difícil aparcar. La piscina es muy agradable con zonas de césped y sombras. El colchón de la cama principal es demasiado blando.. y la vitrocerámica es muy lenta…
