Stunning two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the sea front. Only a few minutes drive to the Palais... you can enjoy your stay in Cannes by staying in a luxurious apartment with panoramic sea views and top quality furnishings.

This two bedroom apartment is brand new and extremely well furnished. It is located on the second floor, with a lift.

There is a large open living area. The living room opens up onto a wide terrace, that overlooks the Mediterranean sea and the swimming pools. The terrace measures 16m², and there is a 3m² balcony. There is a table for four on the terrace where you can hold a meeting, enjoy lunch or a coffee break. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped.


The first bedroom boasts a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is extremely luxurious as you will find a Jacuzzi and top quality finishings.

The second bedroom also has a large double bed and an en suite shower room.

This apartment is located on the Boulevard du Midi, only a few minutes drive away from the center of Cannes. The beaches are only steps away and the building complex boasts private swimming pools. This apartment is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cannes either on holiday or for the congresses.
