Amazing view

An amazing view from the apartment windows / balcony over the countryside and sea, the apartment is well-located to enjoy Cannes and the wider coast. A nice c.25min walk into Cannes via the Old Town, although it is a steep hill to walk back up. Great location to have a car.

Nice apartment with fantastic view

We spent 12 nights in Annie‘s apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony is simply amazing! The apartment and the pool were super clean. Annie was always kind to us and she tried to help with everything she could! We‘d definitely come back to the apartment! Thanks to Annie for everything!

Our stay in Cannes

We enjoyed our stay in La Croix des Gardes very much. Brilliant view, quiet, lovely swimming pool. We felt at home almost immediately. We wouldn't hesitate to book again should we choose to stay in Cannes again. The only recommendation I would like to make to the owner is to refurbish the electricity wiring. Not all electricity points were working and the is also no electricity in the bathrooms. Nevertheless overall score very positive.

Great apartment and view in secured residence

We choosed the apartment for the view and the sunbeds on a really large terrace, and we loved it. Hot nights I also sleept outside. We had a rental car and that was more or less necessary, as the place is a bit outside town on a hill. We heard it can be some problems with parking in peak season. The area around is really a Beautiful park area. Silent except for sounds of birds and other ones i this lovely green suroundings.There is no AC but we managed anyway with temp around 30-35. Most of the times it is a bit windy. And the apartement is situated rather high up in the residence, on one end of the house. Windows and terrace on three sides. Important to cool down in the evenening with wind through the apartement.Great neighbors who help us as we arrived very late and also got some trouble with the keys. The host was also very easy to get in contact with and helpful.The luxury feeling was taken down a bit by different needs for maintance of painting etc. But not really any problem. We were very pleased by our week.

Quite residental apartment with beautiful views

Apartment is up a hill about 30 mins walk to Cannes. Train station about 30 mins walk. Bakery, newsagent and shop about 15 mins walk through park which is across the road. But its in a quite location, road is quite and is in a secure property with car park. Car would be handy but we didnt need one. The garden, flowers and pool were very clean. We had lots of fun at the pool. Apartments was very clean, spacious and very modern. Balcony was huge and views of the Bay were amazing. We had loads of towels, sheets and cleaning equipment to keep apartment clean. All equipment worked, television and DVD was good. Loads of hot water and beds were very comfortable. Annie Porzycka was very nice, easy to contact and always helpful. We really enjoyed our trip to Cannes, we have no complaints and we will return to Cannes again and will stay in the same apartment without hesitation. Thanks Annie for making our holiday great!!!!!!

appartement qui présente de belles prestations en espace disponible. disponibilité de la propriétaire très agréable et appréciable. juste prévoir travaux d'entretien (stores, électricité) pour permettre à l'appartement de continuer à rester très appréciable. juste bémol sur la copropriété : malgré la canicule, elle arrose les pelouses 2h le matin et 2h le soir, juste un scandale écologique et économique !!!

Le store fonctionnait très bien et n'avait jusque-là posé aucun problème. Peut-être l' avez-vous manipulé maladroitement ? Ce problème a été très rapidement réglé cependant. Pendant votre séjour, vous n'avez pas évoqué de problème avec l'électricité, que devrais - je faire pour l'améliorer ?

Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse

Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist und die eine oder andere Neuerung bzw. Renovierung mal an der Zeit wäre. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Parkplätze zum Teil schwierig vor allem am Wochenende. Schöner Pool. Es ist sicher sinnvoll gut zu Fuß zu sein. Der Weg in die Stadt und zum Strand ist steil, sehr schön und dauert ca 25 Minuten.

Prachtig!

Een heerlijk, (gedateerd maar zonder gebreken), appartement . Met een prachtig uitzicht. Rustige omgeving. Heerlijk zwembad en dito tennisbaan. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van Uber taxi’s, lopen naar centrum Cannes vonden wij te ver. Boodschappen halen deden wij met de auto. Alles wat nodig is was aanwezig maar hier en daar wel toe aan vervanging. Wij zouden graag een keer terugkomen!

Sehr ruhige, geräumige Wohnung, die komplett ausgestattet ist. Der Pool ist hervorragend.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und das Massiv d'Esterel hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet mit vielen Wanderwegen zum Croix des Gardes haben wir häufig besucht. Nur die Zuordnung der Parkplätze sollte besser geregelt sein.

Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Meerblick

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft zwei Wochen verbracht und haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Putzmittel waren reichlich vorhanden. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt. Der Kühlschrank ist nagelneu und geräumig. Alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Es gab auch zwei separate Bäder und WCs, was für vier Erwachsene sehr praktisch war. Die Gartenanlage um die ganze Residenz, sowie der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und ruhig. In der unmittelbaren Nähe liegt ein Naturschutzgebiet Croix des Gardes, wo man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen kann oder auch Sport treiben kann. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einem Hügel und der Weg zum Strand ist zwar nicht besonders lang aber teilweise ziemlich steil. Wir hatten auch Kleinkinder dabei und es war ein wenig anstrengend mit dem Kinderwagen den Berg hochzuklettern. Aber nach ein Paar Tagen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt und allein wegen dem schönen Meerblick lohnt sich die Anstrengung. Wir hatten auch ein Auto dabei und haben es nicht bereut, da man schon oft einkaufen musste und in unmittelbarer Nähe haben wir keine größeren Supermärkte entdeckt. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Urlaub

Merci Viktoria pour votre commentaire. Les grands supermarchés de Cannes sont en effet loin de la résidence mais il y a une petite supérette à proximité, ainsi qu'un traiteur, une épicerie et une bonne boulangerie. Nous avons le projet le remplacer par du neuf les fauteuils de salon, qui datent en effet ! Je précise que toute la literie est neuve et de très bonne qualité ! Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour.
