In addition to all of the above, if you want to keep an eye on your precious boat and see it safely moored from the terrace, Villa Hana will fulfil your desire! There are two mooring spaces in the sea across from the house, one for up to a seven-meter boat and one for up to an eleven-meter boat. Villa Hana, built as the family dream house by owner’s parents Hana and Dragomir, has been completely renovated in 2022. It is brand new property! Though the house offers modern technologies and appliances, the warmth of the Mediterranean architecture has been preserved, and the renovations were done very carefully in order to protect lush local vegetation nourished by mama Hana for decades.



The house has three bedrooms with lavish en suite bathrooms, and each of them offer different amenities – one double bedroom offers an access to the terrace with a Jacuzzi; - Master bedroom has a private terrace under the pine forest and suite has a beautiful sea view and a direct pool access, as well as a bar-kitchen and an entertainment and chilling space after a long day of swimming and sunbathing.



The wi-fi signal is available on the whole property, and each of the rooms have a work/vanity desk with an Internet outlet. All the rooms in the house are outfitted with ACs and a floor heating system for colder periods of the year. The pool terrace has outside speakers which can always contribute to the relaxed atmosphere. For your safety, the house is equipped with video surveillance and an alarm system.



The main entry to the house is on the first floor and it leads to a kitchen with a living room, which opens to a large (40 square meters) terrace with sea view and with two bioclimatic pergolas (with movable roof and separate shade to protect you from the afternoon sun). There are several cascade terraces and gardens surrounding the house - living room terrace, pool terrace, secluded terrace with a barbecue and stone washbasin, sunbathing terrace above the garage with a pergola, and a secluded terrace in the pine forest above the house. The house has 6 parking spaces in the front of a self-standing garage. Half of garage space is dedicated to fitness area.



You can go swimming right in front of the house, while the first official beach with cafes is one kilometre away. There is also a seaside promenade with a bike track, which leads to the Marine (one kilometre away) and to the centre of Mali Losinj (further two kilometres away). If you stay with us during winter or early spring, with a little luck you will be able to see dolphins playing in the sea in front of the house! Namely, Losinj has the Plavi svijet Institute focused on research and protection of endangered Adriatic species, while the Adriatic Project Dolphin has been established in the early 21st century, with goal to study ecology, population, genetics, acoustics and habitats of the good dolphins in the Adriatic Sea.
