This luxury house can accommodate 18 people and provides the best setting for a great vacation across families. The vacation home is just a short walk from the beach and includes a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, and activity room with table soccer, billiards, and table tennis. The cottage has seven bedrooms spread across two different sleeping areas, providing ample opportunity for each family to have their own space. In addition, there is a loft with room for four people – and these sleeping accommodations are often a hit with younger guests. Both sleeping areas have a bathroom, and there is another bathroom in the pool area. The house is equipped with an XL kitchen, so you will find two dishwashers, two ovens, extra stove space, and refrigerators/freezers. This way, you can be sure that cooking will never be a chore on your vacation, and you can spend plenty of time on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room afterwards. When you need to burn off some energy, there is plenty of opportunity to do so in the holiday home's large pool with its own water slide. Conversely, if you need to relax, you can also enjoy a warm moment in either the sauna or the hot tub. If you're not a big fan of water, there are plenty of fun things to do while the others splash around. Table football, billiards, table tennis, and darts are all games that can be found in the extra-large activity room. In this room, you can compete in the various activities, relax in the bar in the corner, or play a game of PlayStation on the sofa. Outdoors, the house's facilities are just as nice as they are indoors. Here you will find the house's large terrace with outdoor shower and hot tub, where you can enjoy cozy evenings all year round. The terrace is also equipped with a barbecue and is partially covered, so you can enjoy evenings outside even if the weather is not summery. In the garden, there is a swing, a play tower, and a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). Due to the size of the house, the cleaning price for this Skanlux vacation home differs from the normal list price.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
