Xavier is a small apartment located on the Levante beach in Calpe, next to the promenade with exceptional sea views. Calpe is a beautiful tourist town on the Costa Blanca, which enjoys 2 extensive beaches where a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be visited on the beachfront.

This is one of the reasons why this town has become one of the main points of interest for anyone looking for a sunny vacation experience. The apartment also offers a community pool. It is located on the second floor and there is an elevator. We enter through a long corridor to the living/dining room with Sat+TV+WiFi+A/C, with a balcony from which we can enjoy our breakfast while looking towards the sea.

A small fully equipped kitchen, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds and 1 complete bathroom. Xavier offers a simple interior with unparalleled ocean views and pampering convenience for families and couples to explore the full vacation experience. There is no parking place.
