Quietly located on the Boa Nova residential complex between the idyllic fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, Casa Saudade is the perfect place to relax and/or explore the Algarve.



This luxurious and tastefully furnished two-storey penthouse comprises 3 spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large veranda with several seating options and a fantastic roof terrace with barbecue and jacuzzi (at extra charge). The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating for comfort in the cooler seasons.



The top floor offers stunning views over the sea, the mountains of Monchique and the estuary of Portimão.



The complex offers a communal pool and is located only a short drive from several beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, museums, water- and amusement parks. There are several restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful. Very large and it was immaculate, no complaints at all about cleanliness etc. The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was every amenity we could ask for with plenty of towels and great patio furniture. If you struggle with stairs/steps then this may not be for you as there are many to access the apartment and inside. All our interactions with the property manager were very good and they were very responsive. Some personal observations; the gate we had been using was suddenly locked 5 days in to our stay and then we had to take a long walk round to get in. Bit of a nightmare with suitcases etc We also didnt seem to have a key to the community pool which didnt matter to us as we didnt want to use it (too chilly) but there were no instructions on how to access the area if you wanted to. If you are English and think you will want to watch TV, be warned, there are only 2 English news channels and nothing else. The internet was a bit hit and miss too and we didnt have any at all for our last 24 hours. We figured that it was something to do with the whole complex and we didnt report it as we were due to go home anyway and didnt want to bother the property manager. We are used to staying in a property with a few more homely touches but maybe this home hasn't been rented much yet and it all felt brand new and like a hotel. Cannot fault it for cleanliness and space. Roof terrace lovely and the hot tub a treat. We had a relaxing stay.
