Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.

Capistrano Playa is situated in the cliffs above Burianna beach, just above the Paseo Burriana in a horseshoe shape trickling down to the sea through tropical gardens.

Capistrano Playa is 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk from Nerja Town and just 5 minutes walk from Nerja´s main beach, Burriana beach where you will find restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a regular bus service to the town centre.

Nearby places to visit include the famous Caves at Maro & the picturesque white village of Frigiliana.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.

12 nights in our favourite place

Air con was a must in the heat. The shower was good and the beds were comfortable. The floors were dusty under the beds and coffee table. There was only one toilet roll and no kitchen roll. A mid holiday change of towels and bedding would have been good.

Amazing view

We were so pleased with our stay. Beautiful apartment. We had everything we needed in it for our stay. There was a folder with information about all we needed to know. This helped us tremendously so we didn’t have to run around and figure things out. Also, it was written in such a kind way and it made us feel so welcomed! Thank you!

Beautiful place

We had a really nice time at the apartment. It is a good location to the beach and restaurants, with parking out the front. The amount of steps are a problem if you have children, especially in a pushchair. Not much communication with the host compared to other places we have used and a welcome pack would have been a nice touch. Over all the accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped with a lovely view of the beach and sea.
