Great stay!

Really cool apartment in a great location. Excellent for seeing all the sites while also being in an adorable neighborhood. The host was helpful and communicative. I highly recommend!

Perfect location- cool apartment

I love the Oltrarno, and this is the perfect location. It is less than 20 minutes from everything. The management company made everything really easy! We will for sure be back!

Perfection in every way!!! Location,Location,Location!!! Not only is this property gorgeous with it's stunning original beams and soaring high ceilings and spacious living area, but it is within a five minute walk to some fabulous restaurants and a ten minute walk to some of the most famous sights in Florence.We took the train into Santa Maria train station and it was a very easy 10 minute walk to the property. Check-in could not have been easier due to the very clear instructions provided.We took the local bus to/from Sienna and the stop was also a 6 or 7 minute walk. The train to Venice was also easy from Santa Maria Novella stop and Bologna, Verona, and Padua would also be easily accessible from there.The property management team are friendly, communicative, and provided great helpful links before we arrived.We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend this property or hosts highly enough.

Beautiful and well located

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building! Communication with the Newtopique team was prompt and polite. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Uffizi and lots of other sights. The couches do show some wear and stains, and outlets for charging are hard to come by, but overall it was gorgeous and we found it very cozy! Everything we needed to cook basic meals was in the kitchen, too. There's a lot of traffic noise all day and night from the busy street outside, so come prepared with earplugs and a white noise app!
