Returning to the interior of the apartment, we find the spectacular kitchen, open to the living room and with a dining table for 6 people. It is very spacious, modern and bright, and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable.

At the end of the corridor we find the master bedroom, very spacious and with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 2 m, 2 walk-in wardrobes, direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom integrated into the bedroom, very spacious and with direct access to the dressing rooms. This one has a shower and a large bathtub, as well as a separate WC area.
The apartment also has a private outdoor parking space next to the entrance. In addition, the complex has gardens and a communal pool that is open all year round, as well as direct access to the beach, which is only a few meters away.
The area where the apartment is located, in the Benamara Urbanization, is spectacular, surrounded by green areas. Very close to the apartment there is a beach bar, and the commercial area is only 5 minutes away by car. Estepona is 10 minute drive away and Marbella just 15 minutes.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
