Penthouse Andrea apartment is located on the first hill of Meina in a panoramic and sunny position just a few minutes walk from the lakefront. The apartment is elegantly furnished and offers total privacy to its guests because despite being on the second floor of a beautiful house, it has its own independent entrance, its own independent garage, a garden for exclusive use with a swimming pool and solarium for exclusive use. The pool has a size of 4 x 8 meters - 1.3 meters deep. Entering the living room there is the dining area, the sofa, the Smart TV and another sofa that becomes a double bed. Connected to the living room is the perfectly equipped designer kitchen area with all appliances. In front of the living room there is a long balcony overlooking the lake with outdoor chairs. Here we also find the sleeping area with master double bedroom, elegant bathroom with large marble shower, another bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together and a sofa bed and then another bathroom with shower. Leaving the living room you go out onto the large side terrace equipped with awning, large dining table and large barbecue, all with lake view and pool view. When I went down to the courtyard level, there is an outdoor area with an outdoor seating area, a utility room with washing machine and a covered garage. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the garage. From that level, a staircase leads to the private garden where there is a large and beautiful swimming pool, a solar shower and a sunbathing area with sun beds and umbrellas from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Gulf of Meina. Penthouse Andrea is a luxury penthouse that offers all the services typical of a private villa. In 3 minutes by car you reach the lakefront and in about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Meina with all the essential services to fully enjoy a holiday on Lake Maggiore.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Das Apartment + Garage(2,20m Einfahrtshöhe) + Pool fanden wir wie im Exposé beschrieben, in tadellosem Zustand vor. Wenn wir noch Fragen hatten, war die Kommunikation vor Ort schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders der Freisitz mit Grill und Markise lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu buchen.
