Super Ferienwohnung für 5 Personen. Den Garten und Pool konnten wir jeden Tag nutzen und abends auch grillen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, sodass man vielseitig kochen konnte. Für unseren Geschmack war das Wohnzimmer etwas ungemütlich wegen den Fliesen, die restliche Wohnung war sehr angenehm und einladen.Kleine Abzüge gibt es für die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter. Während des Aufenthaltes hat der Gasmelder mehrfach Alarm geschlagen. Hier war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter ausbaufähig, da ein Rückruf nie erfolgte.

Ferienhaus: Geräumiger Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich sowie Toilette im EG, zwei Schlafzimmer (je zwei Betten) sowie Bad im OG. Ausreichend für Familie mit zwei Kindern. Wunderbar zu nutzende Terrasse und Garten. Objekt sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles gut in Schuss (Gasherd, Gefrierfach, Kohlegrill etc.). Einziger Makel: In Anzeige erwähnter Hochstuhl (für Kleinkind) nicht verfügbar.Anlage: Angenehme gesicherte Anlage mit mehreren Ferienhäusern/-wohnungen und Gemeinschaftspool. Kaum andere Menschen gesehen/mitbekommen (Ende Aug./Anf. Sep.). Pool eher kalt, aber nun ja. Keine Nachtbeleuchtung. Lage: Leicht oberhalb des Lago Maggiore. Schöner Seeblick aus Garten. Keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum See.Orga: Check-in via persönlichem Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe. Check-out ohne Termin möglich. Besonderheit: Rauchmelder ging mehrfach los, obwohl ganz normal gekocht wurde, was für die Kinderohren mittelprächtig war. Nun ja.Fazit: Top Urlaubslocation.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit etwas ungünstiger Lage

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Auch die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist prinzipiell gut und zu Fuß ist der Ort und der Lago einfach zu erreichen. Auch ist der Garten des Hauses wie beschrieben nicht einsehbar. Aber das Haus steht etwas erhöht über der Uferstraße und den Bahngleisen. Darüber hinaus steht das Haus im rechten Winkel der Uferstraße, so dass die Geräusche von zweiten Seiten gut zu hören sind. Diese Gegebenheit hat den Aufenthalt und die Aussicht auf den Lago getrübt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Gelegen am hinteren Rand einer gepflegten Anlage mit mehreren Wohneinheiten besticht das Haus durch seine ruhige Lage und einen schönen mediterranen Garten mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. 15 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Uferpromenade von Porto Valtravaglia, 25 Minuten bis Caldè, wo es ein paar schöne Restaurants gibt.

Tolles Haus und traumhafter Garten

Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist wirklich top gepflegt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Ausstattung war toll. Wir haben uns über zehn Tage mit unserer kleinen Tochter wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Küche war top ausgestattet. Und der Weber Kugelgrill im Garten macht auch viel Freude. Die Lage im Werk war wirklich schön, fußläufig kann ein Supermarkt, einen Wecker und Restaurants locker erreicht werden. Zwei Wermutstropfen: zum einen fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Im Hochsommer ist die zum Schlafen zwingend erforderlich. Und zweitens wird man im Garten gerade Abends Kontakt mit vielen Insektenstichen machen müssen. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts. ;-)
