Penny was a terrible guest, all the information about location and electricity cost were properly detailed. She damage the property and leave the house super dirtly, also she left without previois notice leaving a debt for the electricity

Two thumbs up!

We couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay. Very spacious two bedroom, three bath townhouse. Loved that the bedrooms were upstairs, each with their own suite. Modern kitchen with a large fridge. Had it’s own washer/spin dryer with an area outdoors to dry your clothes. Both Liliana Gonzales and our host Jose were terrific. This place is outside of downtown, about a 15 minute collectivo or bus ride , in the subsection called Real Ibiza. Super quiet area. Has an outdoor pool with a grill and palapa area. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend this place.

Quiet out of the way

Accomodations were as described. Vrbo claims that their fees are all included. Read the fine print, electricity is not included. We were extremely careful and only used one air conditioner for 2hrs in the AM and another for 1hr before going to bed. Cost for 8 weeks $180 can. The condo is not a resort and 99% of residents are locals. Pool and area are first class. Lots of dogs at this location and in the area. It is a bus or taxi ride to downtown.

Enjoyable stay

The town home was as described in pictures and we had a comfortable stay. Somewhat away from the main center but convenient since we had a rental car. Felt very safe and in good surroundings. Overall a good experience.
