Very comfortable condo, in a great central location. It is only 15 miles to downtown Denver, 21 miles to Boulder, and only 20 miles from the Denver International airport.

SUPER CLEAN!!! (Please read reviews! Everyone comments on the cleanliness!! I'm a bit of a germaphobe! Not such a bad thing, I think)

The complete property is yours to enjoy!
Private entry, easy access ground floor unit, small porch, community pool(outdoor, onsite, 30 sec. walk, no fees, sunscreen, noodles, beach towels provided), basketball court and grassy park like area.

UNFATHOMABLY CLEAN!!! (As Jamie T. described it, in his review!!)

*BEDROOM 1: (Master)-king size bed, 40" TV; BEDROOM 2: Queen and Single bed, 32" TV, DVR

*LIVING ROOM: 50" TV, 2 couches, chair, small desk with bench.

*DINING: Large dining table that seats 4+ people.

*KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen, with pots and pans, baking utensils and spices.

*BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms. (1 with tub&shower, 1 full shower). Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, all provided!

*LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer, Ironing board and iron provided!

*POOL: Outside, 30 Second walk from Condo, On Site, No Fees, (Noodles, Sunscreen, Beach Towels Provided.)! Open generally Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is furnished very well. There was laundry detergent, soap etc which was very helpful. Also the kitchen was fully furnished and had all the necessary supplies! We will definitely stay here again!

Good Location, Nice Clean Place

I stayed for 4 months - it was a pleasant stay. Location is very good and near many places to eat and buy groceries. Even drive to airport is not too bad. No disturbance and a nice neighborhood to walk. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Awesome condo

This condo was perfect for all of our needs! They included plenty of extras so we didn't have to spend money on little things like spices and dish soap etc... Would definately stay again.

Great location and hosts!

We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Local park and lake and food nearby. Paved running trails away from the roads in the neighborhood. The hosts were great and made our holidays away from home very nice!

Great location, well-supplied with anything you could imagine

With comfortable beds and furniture, and immaculate housekeeping, this condo contains anything and everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, including herbs and spices, and various food items ready to prepare. Fresh cookies welcomed us, along with good wifi. We have several family members in the Denver area, this condo made visiting them much more comfortable than invading their living spaces.

Cozy Clean Place

This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and cozy enough room for 6 of us. Beds where very comfortable and had plenty of bedding. Cooked a large meal one night and had everything I need to make it happen plenty of pots and pans. Found everything I needed never had to run to the store for the little things. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Loved how we felt like home.

Charming and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay very much. Traveling alone, I felt very safe there. The entire place was well appointed; linens, kitchen utensils, blankets, soaps, shampoos, and even toothpaste! It didn't mention that it had a pool, but it did! YAY!! If I ever come to this area again, I would certainly stay there. Very satisfying.

A Beautiful Stay!

We were in town so our granddaughter could participate in a Suzuki institute. We had a wonderful experience for our first time renting thru VRBO. It was easy renting our condo and we were very pleasantly surprised at the beauty and cleanliness of the condo. It was wonderful being able to move into a well-furnished home away from home. Our granddaughters especially loved the pool. Condo owner Don Green was great to work with, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. We would love to come back next summer!

Great condo with so many amenities

This place exceeded our expectations! First, the condo was incredible clean! There were so many nice touches as soon as we walked in. Everything is labeled, wifi easy to log in. There were yummy cookies on the counter to greet us. The air conditioner and air circulator kept the place nice and cool. The pool was good for a nice dip and the tub was big enough for a good soak after a long day of walking and hiking. We enjoyed our whole stay and would definitely come back!

Outstanding - We highly recommend this property!

We stayed at this beautiful and comfortable condo for a week ( stayed March 2019) visiting family in the area. We have rented many vrbo properties all over the world and this was hands down the best equipped and supplied property we have ever stayed in. The condo was spotlessly clean - always high on my list. Our hosts, Don and Beth have put a great deal of thought and special touches in the condo. They were great hosts and when we had a question, they responded quickly. We will definitely rent this property again if we are in the Denver area. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here - we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cute Condo in Colorado

We brought our family of five to Denver this Summer for a family reunion. We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, adorable condo. The hosts are very friendly, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The condo is very well appointed, organized and labeled making it easy for us to find what we needed. We really appreciated the extra touches like bubbles and noodles for our kiddos to enjoy in the pool and goodies on the table to make us feel at home . After we left we realized our daughter forgot her special bear and Don went out of his way to get it back to us. Thanks for everything.

Central location with everything you need!

We stay frequently in VRBO places when we travel. This one far exceeded my expectations. I always pack the essentials that we will need for the week ...this place you could walk into and not need to leave for the week and you would have anything that you could think of! Check in was easy and host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. You are made to feel very welcome upon arrival. thanks for allowing us to share your home! The only reason I did not rate a 5 star was due to the noise of the air system...Saying this it was not bothersome to us as I like white noise but may be bothersome to others.

Beautiful condo, wonderful host!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights in mid-June 2018. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Exactly as stated, the condo is fully stocked and impeccably clean! Great location for day trips to Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, etc., and there are coolers available to borrow for bringing a picnic lunch and beverages. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to prepare a hearty breakfast in the morning before going out on a hike, and the condo was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening after being out and about all day. We enjoyed the pool, too! Don was a gracious host, and he has thought of all the details one could imagine. We would love to stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Colorado. Thank you again, Don!

I am a stay at home dad! Colorado Native! My wife and I both went to Broomfield High School. I went to University of Northern Colorado, my wife went to the University of Colorado. We have 2 wonderful kids and 2 small, somewhat annoying but sweet, rescued dogs. (Chihuahua mixes)

Why they chose this property

I lived in Thornton growing up until age 12. Then Broomfield, Colorado for most of the rest of my life. We purchased this condo because of the wonderful location, centered in the middle of: Denver, Boulder, and the Denver International Airport. Also for the wonderful neighbors and long-time residents we met, while investigating the neighborhood.
