It was a nice quiet neighborhood, with everything set up for us. The hosts made instructions clear on house expectations and how to access everything, which made it easy to adjust to such a new environment. They allowed us to check in early as we contacted them a month prior, because our flight in and check in were several hours apart.

Great centralized location and privacy. It was clean. Comfortable. Roomy. Had everything I needed during my stay. I work from home and I was able to go to Walmart and Safeway during my lunch hour. I’m happy this location had a washer and dryer. Worth it. I’d stay here again.

Our only frustration was struggling to get the key and return the key from the lockbox. Other than that, we would definitely recommend staying here, and we will return if we are in the area.

The bed sits on a 14" high stand, about 32" to top of bed, picture shows a normal bed height, we bought a step stool so wife could get into bed. Limited plates, so washed dishes after each meal. Unlighted conc. steps and walkway to basement. Thermostat for unit is not located in space, no control of temperature.On street parking only. Nice one bedroom basement apartment in very convenient location to our kids. We were able to buy groceries and eat in rather than so much dining out due to the nice kitchen.
