Contemporary, new house (2013) on the ground floor. Quietly, the center nearby (5 min walk).
Fitted comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven combined. Large living room with flat screen TV. Wireless. 2 bedrooms with 160x200 and 140x200 beds and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200. Bathroom with large walk in shower and bath. 2 separate toilets. 1 storeroom including a washing machine for laundry. Garden and terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). A room accessible from outside for storage of bicycles (bicycles available at no extra charge), fishing rod ... locked.
Private parking 100 sqm. Peaceful.
Many beaches nearby (the first 6 min walk), GR34 hiking trail, close to shops, harbor, restaurants, bar, creperie, pizzerias ...
Available: Senseo coffee machine + coffee machine, raclette set, iron + ironing board ...

Superb stay - lovely modern bungalow, well equipped and comfortable. A special mention for Pauline, the owner's agent. She was very helpful, going above and beyond for us. One small point Abritel in their final e mail before arrival said there was no wifi. Dominique had already confirmed to us the wifi details so no worry on our part, but a minor inaccuracy by abritel

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse und Garten

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Es liegt sehr ruhig, da es hinter dem Haus, das an der Straße steht, gebaut ist. Gute Betten und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche. 2 separate Toiletten. Kurzer Weg zum Meer mit der kleinen Uferpromenade und dem kleinen Strand. Man kann auch am Uferweg in die kleine Stadt Le Conquet gehen. Le Conquet ist zu Fuß in ca. 400 m auch über die Straße zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger und einige nette Boutiquen und Restaurants. Es ist alles unkompliziert zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch ein SPAR Supermarkt. Auch unser Hund hat sich im Haus und im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und es ist auch viel Platz für das Auto. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in dem Haus und in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Très bon séjour

La description du gîte correspond totalement à celle faite sur l'annonce. La maison est située à proximité de tous les commerces qui sont donc accessibles à pied. Les lieux sont très correctement meublés et les pièces sont confortables. Nous avons été accueillis avec un sapin de Noël, champagne et chocolats et même un petit cadeau pour notre chien. Merci aux propriétaires. Malgré un wifi performant, les liaisons internet sont pénibles (c'est n'est pas la faute des propriétaires), c'est le seul bémol à signaler. En bref, pas de surprise négative lors de notre séjour (hormis la météo); nous recommandons vivement cette location. Francis et Solange (Soumagne en Belgique)

Sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Lage und Ort sind sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Zustand der Fahrräder. Diese müssten einmal gewartet werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vorbildlich. Die Agentur vor Ort spricht nur französisch.

Traumurlaub von Anfang an

Es war für uns ein absluter Traumurlaub. Die Gegend ist wunder, wunder schön. Das Haus liegt suber zenral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, Einkaufen, Strand, Wandern usw......... Das Haus entspricht zu 100 Prozent der Beschreibung und ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an perfekt. Schnelle und freundlich Antwort auf alle Fragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es gab sogar ein Begrüßungspresent. (Wasser, Wein und Kekse DANKE für die tolle Zeit.

Super Haus für Familie mit Kindern!

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus genossen. Die Bilder in dem Angebot entsprechen der Realität des Hauses. Es ist super gelegen, man konnte den Ortskern und die leckeren Gastronomien sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ein großer Intermarché ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der "sables blanche" von Le Conquet ist super und hat eine tolle Brandung. Wir waren alle begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort buchen! Superbe maison très bien située

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans une maison parfaite, très bien équipée et très joliment décorée. Nous remercions Martine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. La maison est située dans un environnement très calme , près du centre et tout à côté d’une plage ravissante et peu fréquentée. Nous reviendrons !

Hübsches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in zentraler Lage von Le Conquet mit eigenem Parkplatz

Le Conquet ist ein wunerschöner Fischerort mit 7 unterschiedlichen Stränden, direktem Anschluss an den Küstenwanderweg GR 34 und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir (Ehepaar Anfang 50 mit erwachsenem Sohn) haben uns in dem gut ausgestatteten, modern eingerichteten, relativ neuen Ferienhaus sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Martine, hat sehr gut geklappt. Französischkenntnisse sind allerdings von Vorteil! (u.a. für die Gebrauchsanleitungen der einzelnen Gerätschaften und die Vorschläge für Ausflüge) Wir können das Haus mit der schönen Terrasse und dem gemauerten Grill auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, auch für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern. (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Etagenbett, Brettspiele, etc. vorhanden) Unschlagbar ist der eigene Parkplatz (ansonsten ein Problem in der Hauptsaison...) und die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände vor Ort!

Un séjour agréable et reposant

Notre séjour a été très agréable. Très bon accueil par Martine: panier de Bienvenue et quelques explications de la région. Nous nous sommes sentis super bien dans la maison: moderne, bon goût de décoration, beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Nous avons également profité des vélos sur place pour faire de belles ballades en famille. Le Conquet et sa région offrent de magnifiques promenades et de découvertes, nous reviendrons!

SEJOUR DE REVE - MAISON TRES BIEN ETUDIEE !

Maison vraiment tout confort très bien étudiée pour permettre de vivre à plusieurs. Espace extérieur suffisamment spacieux et agréable. Les petites attentions des propriétaires garantissent un accueil chaleureux. Situation géographique très appréciable (proche des commerces, du port et dans un quartier calme). Un seul souhait : pouvoir revenir très vite !
