Summary:

Welcome to this modernly furnished 3 bedroom and sea view apartment only 450m from the beach of Benalmadena and 700m to Puerto Marina.

The apartment is located in Benalmadena Costa, only a walk of about 5-7min to the beach and 10min to popular Puerto Marina which is one of the most beautiful ports in Europe and the world, which is also full of shopping, food and entertainment for the whole family. In the harbor there is also a dolphinarium presented by Selwo Benalmadena.



The Space:

In the upper part of Benalmadena, also known as the Arroyo de la Miel, you have a commuter train station that takes you into Fuengirola, Malaga, and the airport in no time, the famous Paloma Park with free chickens, roosters, and peacocks, as well as the butterfly museum and Tivoli. 

The apartment consists of a modern furnished living room with a dining group for 4, a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV with international channels, and a balcony that overlooks the Avenue towards the harbor and the Mediterranean. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and much more. In the apartment, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, Internet, washing machine, Smart TV, and much more.



The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!



Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

Excellent property

Excellent location and property. Only down fall was 1 set of keys between 4 people even though promised a 2nd set but never showed up , collection of keys at airport excellent , property very clean and tidy .
