Very good location

Very good sea views, Close to the Sea,Close to Marina,Close to the Bus Stops, Close to Bars and Eateries. Plus any problems the owner sort’s it right away, this is our second visit to this Apartment and we will be back again we love it here. You must give Champions and Oceans and wheeltspas a try.

GOOD AREA

Great views good location not to far from the Lift enjoyed our stay very much, good neighbour helped with a few things. Only thing I would change is the bathroom nice tiles needs a new bathroom suit and bath ripping out and a shower cubicle putting in then could ask for more money.

Good location bathroom not up to standard balcony barrier not high enough so please don’t let this out to People with small children good communication with owner read a review from 2 years ago to say the bathroom was being done and it’s not so in reality .This will not be done.

What is for you a bathroom standard? The bathroom is exactly as on the pictures on the website so you see exactly how it is. Toilet, washbasin, bidet and a combined bath/shower. Don’t say you found something completely different as described on the advertisement. If that would have been the case, I would have understand your « complaint ». We also communicated several times, everything was perfect, you never mentioned anything not good, no complaint about bathroom…. Anyway thanks for your stay.

Don't Stay Here Nothing Like Described!

We rented this property for 8 days when we stepped into the property we were shocked by it's condition. It is located in a decent area with a nice view but it ends there. The furniture was old and is covered by blankets. There was an air conditioner but it hasn't worked in a long time, with wires hanging. The bed was like a piece of board and the kitchen was very tiny. Then the elevator to get to the room was scary. Very small with a double door and you think you are going to get locked in every time. Then the front door lock was impossible - a very nice neighbor came over and helped us but it took about 15 minutes to unlock. Also my husband who can't smell anything said the place smelled moldy and old. We couldn't stay here no air conditioning and just not a good place for the cost at all. We contacted the owner and he seemed very nice about it and said he would refund me. We found a new place and only stayed for one night. When I contacted him a couple of days later he stated he talked to his lawyer and there would be no refund. I would recommend to anyone looking at this - DON'T BOOK with this owner. You will not have a good experience. There are so many beautiful places in that area for the same price. Lastly I learned a good lesson with VRBO - they had stated that I should have called them first and then they would have found us a place for the same price. A costly lesson but a good lesson for us to learn!

Hello, I would like to clear some things about your review and your stay in the apartment. 1. We have pictures of every corner in the apartment on the website and the description explains all the amenities offered at our place, I therefore cannot comprehend your claiming that the description don’t match the stay. The furniture, the size of the rooms and kitchen and so on, are all clearly shown in the pictures and description. 2. You claimed that the apartment does not have air condition, but we have specified on the description that every room is equipped with cooling fans and not AC’s. Additionally, you contacted me saying that you couldn’t open the door but when I sent the housekeeper (12 PM!) he found nobody at the door, but he could hear you inside. You left the next morning, and requested that I should give you a refund, threatening us to give a bad review if we didn’t. We have studied your situation and we couldn’t find a reason for your stay to be refundable. Thank you again, best regards

Nos alojamos en el apartamento con dos niños pequeños. El entorno está bien, aunque con los carros de los niños para llegar al paseo marítimo teníamos unas cuantas cuestas , pues los accesos que están justo en frente el complejo, tienen escaleras. El apartamento es muy cómodo para 4 personas, las camas amplias, y el descanso estupendo. Una pega que vimos es que con niños pequeños la terraza es bastante peligrosa, pues es un poco baja. En general contentos con la estancia, repetiría sin dudarlo

Prettig appartement met goed ingerichte keuken. Het appartement biedt alles wat je wenst als vakantieganger. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep ook heel goed. Geert is attent, betrokken en behulpzaam. Het in /uitchecken was goed geregeld.

Très bon sejour

Très bon séjour, appartement propre,bien équipé, fonctionnel qvec une jolie vue sur la mer. Le tout a proximité de la plage et des commerces. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est à l'écoute, disponible et soucieux que vous passiez un bon séjour. Le seul bémol est la terrasse que l'on a trouvé plutôt dangereuse avec des jeunes enfants car le garde corps est trop bas et nous sommes au 7eme étage.

Ideal Location

I agree with the comments that all other reviewers have made regarding Location, Views, Local Amenities and easy access to local buses etc. Geert also very kindly allowed us the use of the apartment for a bit longer on our day of departure as our flight was an evening one. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Benalmadena.

Prima appartement

We maakten al meerdere keren gebruik van het appartement omdat het alles heeft wat je op een vakantie nodig hebt. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een gunstige ligging. De communicatie met de eigenaar Geert verloopt altijd perfect en ook de conciërge van het complex is zeer behulpzaam. Ook een voordeel is dat er een parkeerplek tot je beschikking is bij het complex. Kortom voor ons is dit de ideale vakantie bestemming en komen er altijd graag terug.
