Great apartment and good location. Could have done with instructions for hob and TV however Owner very quick and helpful. Would stay here again.

Benalmadena townhouse

Great location it literally is 5 mins to the beach and restaraunts. This is the 2nd year we have used the apartment and will be back next year. Only down side for us we like sitting outside until late evening so it could do with more lighting outside but other than that amazing place.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment, its a great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and all restaurants. No noise when we got back to the apartment we will definitely be booking again for next year and recommending it to friends.

Family break

Lovely apartment, very clean and cosy, was a pity that onsite swimming pool is only available to permanent residents but beach is only a short walk and apartment is well situated, close to everything and could not fault anything about our stay.

Very convenient location

Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Marcos was very responsive to all our needs. We had an issue with the front door due to our ignorance and Marcos responded very quickly and arranged to get it resolved.

Had everything you needed but its a bit Old Fashioned . Shower was more powerful than it looked . Ample room for Clothes etc Would have preferred English TV but Netflix was good Lovely Garden be fab in the Summer Great Restaurants 5mins away & a big Supermarket there is a Special Trolley for the Steps to collect your water & provisions in the apartment A Hairdryer with a Diffuser a bonus Unfortunately its in a Very Hilly area for us over 70 ! Marcos was very helpful The 103 bus is 5mins away & the other buses are down the road by the roundabouts

Kleine aber feine Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung war klein, für 3 Personen aber vollkommen ausreichend. In der Wohnung war alles, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Besonderst schön war die Terrasse. Die ist zwar einsehbar, aber nur von den Personen die in der Wohnung über dieser wohnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass uns unsere Nachbarn 1-2 mal am Tag gegrüßt haben.

Maison très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la mer, des commerces et restaurants. La maison est agréable et très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire Marcos est très sympathique et à l'écoute si vous avez des questions. Je recommande vivement cette location proche de tout et au calme.

Gute Lage, super Kommunikation und laufende Klima :)

Also, wer viel unterwegs ist und eine Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sucht ist hier richtig. Das Appartement ist zwar etwas klein, aber hat eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Terasse liegt nicht so schön. Der Kontakt mit Marcos war super, rein über WhatsApp und Videotelefonie, alles super! Also eine Empfehlung!
