Great location with lots of restaurants and stores all walking distance. The apartment is compact but spacious with a rather pleasant backyard. To name a few reason we did not give the place a 5-star rating:- the cleanliness of the flat was not perfect- various items (like hairbrushes, old toys, etc) in the drawers- the sponge, dishwasher tablets, wipes were missingOverall, we had an enjoyable stay at the apartment.

Great Neighborhood!
Nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to Central London to see all the sites! Our flat was well equipped with all the comforts of home, including super comfy bed with high end linens… which we definitely needed after walking many miles every day. The restaurants in the neighborhood are wonderful and we even took in a comedy show (and terrific pizza) just doors away. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay! The apartment is modern and clean. We had easy access to the under/overground train stations. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants near us. We did have one issue with the shower drain and the management company was very responsive, even sending someone out after hours. We would definitely stay again!
This is a lovely flat with a very pleasant patio garden adjoining. The street is quiet and charming, and Clapham Commons is close by for walking, jogging, and picnicking. The best tube stop for us was Clapham Commons, a short bus ride away. There are groceries and restaurants just down the street. It was an excellent place to stay for our enjoyment of London.
We couldn't have been happier with this rental! I traveled with my 3 grown children and we had a wonderful time. The flat is even nicer than the pictures show! The location is just a short walk to the train and the grocery store, it's located in a neighborhood where we felt safe walking even at night. I highly recommend this place.
The only problem we had was the locks on the doors being a bit finicky.
Flat was accurately described and pictured in the VRBO listing, and was exactly what we needed for our visit to London. It was great to have plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teen/tween girls. We are big walkers so we found the walking distance to the Clapham Junction area to catch a train or bus, go out to eat, or grocery shop at Lidl or Whole Foods easy peasy. From here, you really can go anywhere in London!

We stayed six nights. The location is fine. Lots of pubs close by along with grocery stores and bakeries. Clapham Junction rail ststion 10 minute walk. Closest tube station about 20. Clapham Junction overland trains are part of tube network. We found the furnishings dated. A heads up on the dryer being out of commision would have been appreciated. The wifi was weak and unreliable. Outdoor courtyard was nice.
We spent a week in London and stayed at this property. It's a great location and is within walking distance to the train station. We had easy access to groceries and restaurants, and found the people in the neighborhood to be friendly and helpful. It's a nice flat, and we enjoyed listening to the birds in the garden and cooking in the kitchen. In truth, we didn't spend a lot of time there because we were out and about exploring London.
The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the issues we had w/laundry. The washer works but is very small and musty smelling. We could have gotten on without a dryer, but we were only given one bath towel each which wasn't practical. I asked for a few more towels, and my request was denied. We ended up purchasing some to ensure we always had a dry bath towel to use while there. If your planning to stay for a week, be aware that laundry, especially towels, will be an issue.
Ground floor flat good for limited mobility (not wheelchair users)
The flat is very nice, clean and comfortable and it is in a very safe neighborhood. The host who greeted us was lovely and introduced us to the amenities upon our arrival.
One of our party has pretty severe mobility issues so it was important to factor this into our stay. There is one small step into the flat and then two steps into the main area and second bedroom/bathroom. The main bedroom is large and the bathroom has a nice tub but it is very high off the ground to step into. The second bedroom's bathroom is a small walk-in shower. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great.
We chose to use Uber as our primary means of transportation, it cost approximately 20 pounds per trip to the main areas of Westminister, Tower of London, etc. A bus stop is about 700 feet from the flat and nearby is Whole Foods, a pub/arcade called Four Thieves (not a traditional one though) and a couple restaurants. We ordered groceries and a couple meals from UberEats and that was very convenient as well. We might try closer to Westminister on a future visit but all-in-all, it was a wonderful flat and experience.

Quiet neighbourhood with easy transit access to London
We're very familiar with London and the Clapham/Battersea area having lived there for many years.
The Good: quiet street, two bathrooms, outdoor space (the jasmine scent was heavenly!), good quality linens and comfortable beds, although they are not King and Super King by North American sizing. One is a Queen sized (60"), the other just a regular King (72"). The flat had been cleaned well and Joivy did a good job of communicating with us.
In the interest of providing a completely honest review: the furnishings are grubby. The couch is stained and sagging, there's a massive stain on the headboard in the main bedroom, and an overall musty smell if the windows hadn't been open. The extractor fan in the main bathroom just blows the steam around. The internet was terrible, even sitting next to the router and doing the usual unplug/plug in, we often had speeds of less than 4Mbps, not the advertised 8 MBPS, or no signal at all. A fuse blew shortly after our check in as two people tried to plug things in at the same time - fortunately there was a QR code to scan to get more info on some of the quirks of the flat. We stayed for 6 nights so were actually trying to cook for ourselves. The kitchen amenities were kind of random, a functioning corkscrew would be a useful, as well as oven mitts/pot holders to get stuff out of the oven.
