Apartment 30 secs from the beach with sea views

Whole apartment in Grao de Moncofa (the beach of the town of Moncofa). The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The main bedroom has a silent ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a standing fan if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, crockery, pots, pans, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There is a view to the sea from the kitchen through the large window that can be fully opened to the terrace to give it an airy feel. The living-room has a 43" television. The terrace is large with views to the sea.
The apartment is one street back from the beach, from the front door the beach is a 30" walk. This tranquil and not overcrowded beach is ideal for all. In the local area there are restaurants, supermarkets, bars, bakeries and fruit and veg stores selling locally grown products open all year round. During the summer, "chiringuitos" (Spanish restaurants by the beach) are also open. The Red Cross and the Maritime Rescue open their stand during the months of July and August only 40 meters away with a slipway ready for dinghies, kayaks, wind surf or paddle boards if water sports are practiced. The Red Cross also offers facilities and assistance for people with mobility issues to enjoy the sea.
Grao de Moncofa is a quiet area if you want to rest and enjoy the proximity of the sea during the low season. During the summer holidays it offers a varied amount of activities for all ages. It is located 27 miles from Valencia if you wish to visit the big city and is close to the Sierra d'Espadá and Maestrazgo if visiting the mountains and walking routes. The town of Moncofa has a train station with direct links to Valencia and Castellón.
