Charming independent terraced house on two floors, the kitchenette has a gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans. Free outdoor parking, bills included. The comfortable living room has a television in Italian. Wi-Fi internet connection is available but not for large downloads.

Very nice vacation

The house is comfortable, spacey and situated nicely; close to a less crowded beach. In order to reach the nearest bus station, supermarket or restaurants, you only need walk for approximately 10 minutes. Our host, Stefano, is a very communicative, friendly and helpful person. We were not disappointed and would consider coming back in the future.

Prima verblijf voor twee personen. Alles was aanwezig om aangenaam te vertoeven. Advies is om een groentela en een flessenrek in de koelkast aan te passen. Dit is een minimaal punt. Door dit alles prima vakantie gehad.

Top Unterkunft und Lage für Strandurlaub

Tolle, super ausgestattete Unterkunft, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönen Strand, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle (für direkte Fahrt nach Cagliari) auch in der Nähe. Unkomplizierter Host. Alles bestens. Kommen wieder!

Kurzurlaub am Meer mit einer Freund

Unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und kompetent.Wir konnten uns super mit ihm in Englisch unterhalten.Der Fussweg zum Meer war nur 3-5 Min.entfernt ,zum schönen Strand.Wir kommen gerne wieder!!ES WAR SUPER SCHÖN!

La casetta si trova in una posizione ideale in quanto si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sant'Andrea ed è anche comoda ai servizi, sono infatti raggiungibili a piedi anche un supermercato, una pizzeria ristorante e la fermata dell'autobus. Si trova comunque in una zona molto tranquilla. La casa è graziosa e pulita, ha tutto l'essenziale per poter trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile.
