Parfait pour un séjour calme et proche des sites

La maison est très agréable Bien située géographiquement Le calme y est très appréciable Michela est très disponible et réactive Nous avons passé un séjour au top. Un petit plus : un petit cahier pour expliquer la wifi, la mise en route du four (petit interrupteur bien discret 😂) Et un ou deux saladier supplémentaires . C’est à dire de toutes petites choses qui n’entachent en rien notre séjour. Parfait et tour tout ça, merci Michela

Tres belle maison avec hôte facilement joignable et parlant français

Belle maison de Michela à proximité de Cagliari et de la SS195 (travaux en cours pour éviter des zones urbaines et donc aller plus vite vers le sud). Michela donne une maison propre, est joignable, parle français, s'assure que tout aille bien sinon elle n'est pas loin. La maison est bien garnie pour bien en profiter. Emplacement bien pour Cagliari ou le sud.

Urlaub in Capoterra

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben den schönen Garten und das nette Haus sehr genossen. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage in einheimischer Nachbarschaft mit fußläufigen Wegen (ca. 10 - 15 Min.) zum kleinen Einkaufszentrum, zum Bäcker, zu Restaurants und zum großen Sandstrand. MIchela ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und uns weitergeholfen hat.

Nettes Haus in Capoterra

Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet. Die Haustechnik funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr vertrauenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich sehr um unser Wohl und Zufriedenheit gesorgt.

Ferienhaus La Madallena

Ein kleines knuffiges Ferienhaus für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Leider konnten wir sowohl die Terrasse (Moskitos ohne Ende) und die Veranda im hinteren Bereich (zu heiß) nicht nutzen. Trotz alledem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Maison idéale pour couple avec 2 enfants

Cette maison en bord de mer est parfaitement gérée par Michela propriétaire des lieux. Nous avons apprécié son amabilité et son dévouement à notre égard. La location est toute proche des magasins d'alimentation, elle est située près de Cagliari pratique pour visiter la côte sud ouest et sud est de l'île. Nous sommes un couple de retraités et avons séjourné tout le mois de septembre avec l 'intention d'y retourner. .

Très bon accueil de Michela, qui a été très disponible.

Nous n’avons pas pu louer la maison de Michela car il y avait un problème de fuite d’eau. Mais Michela nous a trouvé une autre maison. Peut-être un peu moins cosy que la sienne mais plus grande et avec jardin. Bien située pour visiter Cagliari, Pula et la côte au sud jusqu’à Terrueda.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Unser 4. Aufenthalt in Sardinien für jeweils mindesten 3 Wochen war in diesem Jahr der beste! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer etwas abgelegenen Region. Michaela war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir irgend etwas wissen wollten, ansonsten wären wir stets ungestört. Vielen Dank für alles, für den tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Schönes Feriendomizil mit eigenem Garten

Wir haben uns sehr gut in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt, die Räume waren gut geschnitten und die Ausstattung ganz gut. Sauberkeit war auch ganz gut. Alles lief reibungslos und die Michela war immer sehr prompt und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön, allerdings ist der Strand von Capoterra nicht eines der schönsten auf Sardinien. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
