The Balcony Apartment sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a wonderful kitchen with dining area leading to a fabulous balcony overlooking the nearby memorial garden and water well. There is a sizeable living room with comfortable corner sofa, TV with Freeview channels and free Wifi throughout the apartment.

The Balcony Apartment, it's entrance lobby, balcony and parking space on the left hand side of the driveway are all for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

We enjoyed a weekend break in this lovely apartment. It was furnished nicely, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The parking space was a bonus and easy key access to the apartment.If returning to the area would definitely stay here again

Great Location, very spacious

Had a lovely break here, had everything you could want, in a great location for exploring the Malvern's. We had one evening of good weather so made use of the bonus balcony. The property is very spacious and comfortable and clean. We liked the location, near walks, and a short drive from the shops and cafe's. We had some bad weather but found the apartment perfect for chilling and escaping to!

Malvern break

I stayed in this lovely quiet property with my sister for 3 nights. It had everything in the apartment we needed and was immaculately clean. Perfectly located with Malvern close by and Ledbury for shopping. We spent time on the balcony eating al fresco and we cant wait to return. Vanessa was the perfect host and even posted a few items we had left there. Highly recommend this apartment. 😊

The Balcony Apartment is spacious and enjoys a fabulous kitchen/dining room with patio doors opening to a private balcony overlooking a pretty memorial garden, opposite. It has its own parking space and is close to the Three Counties Show Ground and access to the hills.
