A wonderful cosy haven in a beautiful setting, amazing views.
I was delighted to stay again at the Cottage on the Common. It was as welcoming and homely as I remember. I appreciated the treats provided though I managed to resist the lovely biscuits this time. It was spotless, warm and tranquil; perfect for my needs.

A warm welcome in a wonderfully cute cottage near everything
We loved the cottage it was small,. comfortable and cosy, felt like being at home. Everything you needed was available they have thought of every detail. Very central to all parts of Malvern and neighbouring areas. Plenty to see and do and if you love walking and being with your furry family member, it is a perfect place to be.
Heather and Chris were fabulous hosts and their pub in Staplow was fabulous also.
Heather and Chris own the property and purchased the cottage in July 2024 and opened for business in October 2024. They manage the multi award winning Inn/Restaurant 'The Oak Inn Staplow' just 5 minutes north of Ledbury train station, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Using this experience to put our stamp on this cosy cottage, we are delighted with the outcome. We are very confident that you'll enjoy your stay and nothing is too much trouble, pop over to the pub for a chat and some food and we can tell you all about the wonderful gems that surround the area. A little personal touch goes a long way and we want you to have the best possible experience!
Our beautiful cottage has been lovingly put back to together again and no stone has been unturned! In fact every guest that comes through the front door is hugely impressed with wow entrance of the luxury living room; then even further when seeing our traditional hopped beamed kitchen with a stunning blend of creams, greens and wood. Similar reactions to our seaside themed bathroom and glorious French style bedroom.
Future plans include a rear outdoor sheltered area to include a Bar & BBQ
