Villa Berry is a holiday home located in a quiet residential area in Santa Ponsa, one of the most popular areas of the Majorcan coast for the summer season, very close to Andratx and Puerto Adriano and no more than 25 minutes drive from the paradisiacal beaches of Portals Vells and El Mago or from a magical place like Sant Elm.
The house welcomes us with a fabulous hall that distributes us between a bright living room with tv and its wonderful terrace overlooking the sea that invites you to spend long summer evenings, the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower.
In the outside area we will find a large swimming pool and a solarium with sun loungers to enjoy the hottest days of the holidays, which can be shared with the owners of the house on an occasional basis.
