Nestled in the hills between the sea and the mountains, is Le Petit Clos des Oliviers - a beautiful two bedroom holiday apartment within a restored Bergerie in the village of Breil-sur-Roya (20 minutes from the coast). Lovingly restored by us over the past few years, the self-contained property features two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a living area and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll be greeted by an oasis of calm, where you’ll spend your days relaxing by the pool amongst the olive groves.
The space
The property has been lovingly restored to the highest standard over the last few years. It is set over one floor and features two double bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms, a living space and fully equipped kitchen. Leading off of the main living space is a small balcony with striking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Dining area outside in the garden, barbecue.
Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the outdoor pool, shaded by ancient olive groves which you can explore at your leisure. There is also a small multi-use football pitch with various sports equipment for you to enjoy.
Other things to note
Le Petit Clos des Oliviers is nestled in the hills above Breil-sur-Roya, featuring dramatic vistas of the surrounding Alpes Maritimes. There's plenty to do to keep you busy - if you can tear yourself away from relaxing by the pool! In 20 minutes drive you can reach the sea in Ventimiglia or Menton. The village features a few restaurants and local amenities, and you'll find activities such as Horseriding and white water rafting available in the area. Monaco and Nice are both within an hours' drive. The closest airport is Nice.
