DARSENA WITH TERRACE
Welcome to our apartment in Estartit! This cozy accommodation of 70 m² is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people. With its 2 bedrooms and spacious terrace of 40 m² with direct access to the pool, you can enjoy your vacation in total comfort.
Our apartment is located in a residential area just 100 meters from the center of l'Estartit and 300 meters from the sandy beach. In addition, it has a supermarket just 120 meters away and a great variety of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
The accommodation has covered parking in the same building for greater convenience. It also has garden furniture and a communal pool perfect for enjoying the good weather.
Inside the apartment, you will find a cozy atmosphere with heat pump heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The American kitchen, equipped with vitroceramic, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer, has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Sheets are included in the rental price. Additionally, you have the option to add towels to your booking for a fee of 5 € per person. If needed, internet access can be arranged by the agency for an additional fee of 10€/day (subject to availability).
