Villa Petalouda is a Traditional stone-built villa located in the quiet and picturesque village of Tragaki. Tragaki is a quiet resort surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing break.
Located just 7 minutes drive away from the neighbouring resort of Tsilivi and a 15 minute drive away from the island's capital, Zante Town. Car is essential for this location to easily reach local amenities.
The villa includes a private pool and offers idyllic views over the Ionian Sea & Kefalonia. Suitable for up to 6 guests and consists of three bedrooms all with en-suite. A large basement area with bar & pool table , darts and game console is also available and can used as an additional sleeping area should this be required.
Included is free WIFI, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has an outdoor BBQ area with a dining table, parasols, and sun loungers and is the perfect spot to unwind.
PLEASE NOTE THE GREEK GOVERMENT AS OF JANUARY 2024 HAVE INTRODUCED AN ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY TAX. FOR VILLAS THIS IS 15 EURO PER NIGHT. THIS IS A SEPERATE PAYMENT AND NEEDS TO BE PAID DIRECT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
