Spruce Point waterfront home on 2 acres of property with 300' of ocean shoreline, including a small beach area, and only a 5 minute walk to the famous Spruce Point Inn where guests are entitled to the use of all amenities! https://www.sprucepointinn.com/ The 4 bedroom home offers plenty of space for family and room to explore and gaze to the ocean as boats pass by. There's a table and chairs at the water's edge for afternoon cocktails or morning coffee. Or, just lie in the hammock and listen to the waves lapping the shoreline while an occasional lobster boat hauls up traps in your front yard! A washer and dryer is available in the basement. Although, generally not needed because the sea breeze keeps temps cooler at our house, there is a 5 zone heat pump with A/C. Separate controls for units in both upstairs BRs, one downstairs BR, LR, and DR. For, summer cookouts, there is a 4 burner Weber gas grill with separate warmer.

About the host
Hosted by Jan Chizinski

Hi, my wife and I are originally from Ct and discovered Boothbay about 10 years ago while on a college hunting trip with our daughter, who eventually went to Colby. Now retired, we enjoy adding plantings and rock gardens to the property, as well as exploring all that the Boothbay area has to offer. We still live in NY full time(for now), but enjoy our Maine visits enough to make the 6 hour commute!
Why they chose this property
Everything you need for your vacation is right here! Walk to the Spruce Point Inn for kayaks, bikes, the pools, dining, or lounging in the Adirondack chairs to watch the sunset. Want to go into town? The Inn has a boat shuttle service. Want to relax at home? Sit on the lawn or deck and gaze at the beautiful views as ships sail by, or sit on the rocks or beach.
What makes this property unique
When you walk into the house and look out the dining room window to the water, or from the upstairs bedroom, you will fall in love with the house. The views are fabulous, and with plenty of space to explore the grounds and flowers, you won't want to leave. With all the activities in the area, you will not a lack for things to do. Visit the Botanical Gardens. Truly a world class gem! Take a boat tour. Or, dine on lobster in one of the many eateries. It may be one of the lobsters plucked from the waters right in front of your little beach area!
